Before even arriving on site everyone has been truly helpful and kind. The owner and their crew are very professional, they ensure on having a safe and outstanding experience while giving a full inclusive service. The equipment and the tank were clean and well maintained.
COIBA offer a variety of beautiful dive site and i am very happy i went with Panama Dive Center. It was my first experience with them and it definitely wont be the last! <3
Everything was perfect, owners are very friendly and extremely professional. There s literally nothing to complain about, just go for it and enjoy some beautiful diving sites around.
We had a wonderful experience diving with Panama Dive Center. The owners answered all of our questions beforehand via email and the dives themselves were awesome. Cedric was a great guide, making sure we kept together as a group and that we were being safe with air consumption. He also took his time during the dive to point our marine life, and after the dive to help us log all of the animals we saw! The boat ride was beautiful and the surface interval on the island was relaxing. I'd recommend doing 3 dives and making the most of the day. We did two days and enjoyed the variety of sites around Coiba. We'd definitely dive with them again if we return to Santa Catalina!
The Panama Dive Center is well organized. Sabine and Carmilo are two gentle people who are always open to help and most important love what they do as well as respecting the ocean and life in it. I can highly recommend them if you want to go diving in Coiba national park.
We've spent three amazing days with Panama Dive Center and Cedric. From my 55 dives these 9 were the most comfortable and enjoyable.
The underwater life is just gorgeous. We saw lots of white tips, octopuses, barracudas, turtles, rays, frogfishes, a whale shark suuuper close to us, bull sharks and much much much more! Even when the visibility was not great, there was soo much to admire.
Cedric is a great instructor. Super calm and friendly both on land and under water. Not rushing, respectful for nature and attentive to every single worry of all the divers in the group. Knowing his dive spots and carefully choosing the ones that meet the weather conditions.
We had some dives with a pretty strong current. Even though I'm not physically strong and had no experience with currents, I did not feel stressed at any point. Cedric was always calm and knew where we were going, so I just trusted him and it all worked great.
Oh, I think it was the first dive shop where no one haven't even tried to convince me that the water was warm or I was going to be ok when I asked for a thicker wetsuit. They just trusted that I knew myself and gave me a thicker one, and I was super comfortable.
The boat was quite small, but the only uncomfortable thing for me was not having a toilet on board. Which I traded without any regret for the beauty of the dive spots and the professionalism of the instructor.

The town of Santa Catalina is charming. Scuba diving is center and Panama Dive best of them all.

Amazing Dive Center! The staff was so nice, me and my friend were there in March, we had not been diving in a while and they took the time to give us an extra briefing and answer all are questions before the tour. It made us feel confident and safe about the whole excursion.
We made three dives in total and the wildlife is just great. Dolphins jumped next to the boat, curious (and harmless) sharks and cute little blennies sharks accompanied us on every dive and we saw an abundance of colourful fish. Unfortunately I couldn't make any underwater photographs (I might have to come back for that) so I added a picture of the lunch spot.
So basically: great people and great diving!
Professional, really well-organised and amazing people :) And the dive sites are also wonderful!
