May 2021-Food was good,a bit overpriced-especially breakfast. $10 for a plate of French toast with 2 slices of bacon.upcharges if you wanted anything else instead of the meat.. it was good though.went here 2x over my week stay at palms and in between for drinks by the pool. I feel the service would be better if they had more staff. my last day I heard the one guy letting his server and bartender know they only had 1 server after 430-on a Friday night! Bartenders made good drinks and they were nice.they had music playing sometimes, that wasn't very consistent.they did not use any of their indoor dining (huge dining room) and was never given that choice all week. we were told by hostess it was due to their short staffing.

The food and service was excellent. The decor was inviting and modern.

Amazing atmosphere! Reminded me of Vegas. Nate, the bartender, was very quick and attentive. John, who seemed like a manager, was also quick to answer any questions. I will definitely be back as soon as I can be!

My new favorite brunch spot! The food here is SO GOOD, not even exaggerating. Besides the awesome food, the vibe/atmosphere is seriously so cool. The indoor seating feels more upscale, while the outdoor has a party/causal vibe and is so color. The bar overlooks the pool area and they have an area for kids with games, etc. Can't wait to return!

As busy as they were our bartender Karen did a fabulous job. She was attentive, very busy and never let our drinks go unfilled. She did not stop running the whole time we were there. our food was great and so was the atmosphere!!

Invited friends for Thursday all you can eat crab legs and prime rib and ladies night 2 for 1 drinks. The first round of food was prompt and delicious. Martinis were very good. Then crickets. Despite continually asking for more food we got nothing but cocktails for 45 minutes. Finally after confronting the manager we were brought a plate of tiny end piece crab legs. Then when the bill came we were informed that the martinis weren t included in the 2 for 1 special. I don t enjoy being played. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Visited this past Friday for an event for the non-profit I volunteer with and the staff was absolutely wonderful. 10/10 for atmosphere & value. Shout out to Sawyer, Nate, the chef for stellar exceptional service and going above & beyond.

Went there for the all you can eat prime rib and crab legs. This place has very limited servers so we paid for all you can eat and never got anything more than one small serving that wasn t very good. I can t speak for the other things on the menu but I wouldn t recommend going on a Thursday night. The only good thing about it was the piano bar.

Went to Ladies Night last night and had a blast! The drinks were amazing! And the food was perfect! Our server Hailey was such a sweetheart and very attentive. She definitely made our experience a great one! Kailey was the only bartender inside and did a fantastic job! The Palms is a hidden gem in destin! Will be back! Thank you.

The ambiance is very nice and relaxing, as well as the convenience of the restaurant being just downstairs. As far as the food, very underwhelming and bland. We went in with high expectations based off of reviews. Customer service was great, the manager removed my meal (and the 2 appetizers that we never received) and comped our drinks. Wasn t interested in ordering anything else after trying out everyone s dish at the table. Play it safe and order wings or chicken strips when visiting.
