Cute condo out of town, was beautiful and right on the beach. They have a little bridge that you can drive your golf cart over to the beach! The shower was awesome. The only downfall is you're crowded and didn't get to park in front of the condo.

Condo was very poorly cleaned. Went to the pool and was given the wrong order twice and was required to give the wrong food back so they could walk across the pool to give other people food that had already been in MY possession in the middle of a PANDEMIC. Not to mention I m order to return my food to get my correct order of nachos that I paid $20 for , I was asked to get my receipt out of the trash to prove that it was them that had wronged my order. Staff was very rude to me and the rest of group and no masks were being worn by any employees. Will not be coming back. Incredibly disappointed.
The second day we went to the beach and decided to come to the pool to cool off. There were no signs outside on the gate stating that outside food and drinks were not allowed. Only a sign stating that no alcohol could be brought in or taken out. So, I walked in with my sparkling water can and my daughter had her root beer. Well, as I was putting sunscreen on my daughter, the bartender comes over to me and tells me that no outside food or drink is allowed. I didn t even get a chance to sit down.
I politely said to her I saw no sign and asked if she could show me a sign, of which she said she could not. She told me they were in the process of getting signs up. I put my daughters drink in my bag and carried on with applying sunscreen to my daughter. To which the bartender told me I still needed to do something with my drink. So I gave her my sparkling water and she took it to the trash and threw it away.
I completely understand rules are rules and you should abide by them. However, not knowing that outside drinks were not allowed, she could have simply said, I understand you were not aware. Sorry for the confusion, now you know our rules... go ahead and finish your sparkling water, but please no outside food or drinks going forward. Ok, done. But she told me I could go speak to her manager. So, I spoke with her manager, Mindy Lyu, who then told me she could do nothing and they were not her rules. She does not own the property, but if I needed to I could talk to her manager.
Both of these ladies were very rude. They could have spoken to me in a nicer tone and been a little more understanding of the situation.
It was about so much more than throwing away my drink, it s about how I was treated and spoken to, and when I am spending $1,000 per night at a resort community I expect better customer service.
Again, I will never come here again. I will take my business to Cinnamon Shore next time.
