Hired on directly. Orientation was good. Break room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. Friendly co workers team lead and supervisor. Overtime and benefits are good.

Don t waste your time or you re dignity working here unless you enjoy watching the pathetic example of leadership not only make up new rules to make you work harder they let their friends and relatives do the least and push their lack luster attempt at doing the one job they re paid to do onto you while telling you you re not doing enough then they ll proceed to enforce strict break time frame while spending 20-30 minutes standing outside extending their own breaks while you are already back working waiting for them to come back and do their job so you can do yours but not only will you be written up for mathematically being incapable of hitting their absurd rate do to the fact they refuse to have your material ready but yet again it s your fault cause you didn t go do two other jobs on top of your own hr has no clue what goes on or at least they act like it you got your mix of racist tools people who think they re the backbone and people who shouldn t be in charge of organizing a lemonade stand turn over rate is high from a mix of them firing anyone and everyone to people walking out cause they value not working in such a mentally incapacitated environment while be mentally degraded and don t get your hopes up on training the company trainer is worthless and didn t know how to train me on a machine he claimed he could hit rate on so it left me to training myself on a barely functioning machine for 2 weeks so if you love feeling your brain cells commit suicide daily then look no further cause here s the dead end job you ve been waiting for p.s pucker up cause your gonna have to suck your way into a better job here
