As a customer, I found the products on the website to be average. The user interface was a bit outdated, and the features were not as innovative as other options on the market. However, I appreciated the effort in making the platform open source and allowing for customization. The support and community involvement were lacking, which made troubleshooting issues a bit difficult. The website itself was informative, but I wish there were more interactive resources and tutorials for users. Overall, while the concept of an open-source platform is commendable, there is room for improvement in the execution and customer experience.
