I didn't play games from too many companies but by far the worst. Consumer support is dire, horrible, gross, filthy, stuck, slow, faulty, bad, bland, annoying, stressful, poorly done, poorly executed, poorly managed, etc. etc. If I bother to write a review it is because I have no other way to unleash myself against such a bad company. I wish I had never played any of their games.

I do hope you will eventually, come back to Tribes, and reverse all the horrible damage you did to such a legend. It was fine, and you got your money, but then you had to randomly change it all due to greed. As Ice-Cube said "Check yourself, before you wreck yourself" I was into Global Agenda, but that was just another random title like PALABLAHBLAH, TRIBES however, is a LEGEND. Quit messing with things you just don't get.
House of SMITE, one of the best free2play games nowadays. Their games have problems with glitches and server lags, but they are upgraded constantly with several patches along the year. This increases the longevity and the interest on their job. Gameplay is great.
Unfortunately there is basically no assistance and, even if this is sad, this aspect is a natural consequence of the free2play strategy. I d prefer the option to buy the full version of the game, with all gods included and a good chat/mail assistance for 40 . I know many users prefer to spend money on gems and focus more on stupid skins, but there are others of us which would prefer to pay and have a more professional service and assistance, something that a free2play cannot naturally give.

Hi-rez literally does nothing but copy popular games, only twisting it slightly to seem different. None of their games are OG, they do nothing but take other games styles I used to like them when Smite came out, but ever since then their games have just been B knockoffs of whatever game is popular, causing me to lose respect as a company. Smite=League of Legends. Paladins=Overwatch. Hand of the Gods=Hearthstone, Realm Royal= Fortnite, Now Rogue Company=Valorant. Make up your own style of game and stop stealing others creativity
Absolutely terrible customer service.. Almost always never helpful, in game bugs will literally get you banned because of developers incompetence coming frm a developer... Absolutely broken games. Realm royale doesn't work, lots of bugs, ignoring players!
Technical support should be available more or atleast a technical support chat system. ...other games are more dedicated to fixing problems , issues and concerns ASAP...for example a routine maintenance on smite they dont give any estimated time frames and rarely post updates of whats going on....your pretty much expected to wait 15 minutes to 3 hours....not hard to fix bugs and basic glitches...hell even decent size patches shouldnt take hours to do...
1st off, at some weekend I expected to get new gems. Just before the new god Terra appeared they started works. Game was offline. As soon as I opened smite, voala, no gems at all they put me back to the 1st day consequences. Then, they robbed me with gems. I had been about to buy new god skin in some pirate chest with 5 god samples. I payd 200 gems, and what I got in return? Nothing! Smite SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!! I'm very dissappointed, even though it was one of my favorite games.
Pretty Unless support system they have at Hi-Rez studios. Submitting a support ticket, emailing, and calling will do nothing. I sent a support ticket 3 months ago and no response. Later learned that the support ticket is automated and no one is behind the desk when calling. Half of my friends left smite due to customer support and a lack of change. Honestly it s sad that smite and paladins will be dead next year because of this issue.
Support is terrible. Takes a week or more to get a reply and then dont help.
My account was stolen, and I finally got it back after forever. I was then banned for sharing or selling my account and they refuse to unban it. Several hundreds of thousands of dollars wasted on skins. They are scam artists and cracks. Useless company and shouldn't exist anymore.
Staff is a joke, the support branch of the business is being ran by a bunch of uneducated idiots who don't know how to help people properly when support tickets are entered into the system takes days if not weeks for a response, they are very irresponsible about there business and is in a decline due to such a terrible staff, I hope they get sued or shutdown. I will never recommend smite to anyone. Play paragon or something similar, someone should make a similar game and take the games community.
Support is terrible, ticketing doesnt work (when it does it an automatic response on how delete your account, and no resources for help online. I keep getting the error "Untrusted System File" but nobody to help. I've tried scanning for viruses, scanning my computer for error, but of course, this is a brand new harddrive so it's not my computer, I've even tried it on another computer. Same error. I've spent 50 dollars and 1000 hours on this game, if I cant fix it I want a refund or I will go to the hi rez headquarters myself. If anyone knows how to fix this or has help resources please email me. I need help ASAP

I am deeply hurt by the lack of support I got when I had technical issues with the website. I sent several support tickets because they don't have a call service and got no responses from an actual person that can help. It truly hurts when you invest so much into something and the company doesn't even care about you.
A game like paladins developed in 3 years and which has had many updates for the gaming experience has served no purpose because on console (Switch, PS4 and Xbox) the game crashes very often and we easily take 30 mins of penalty .
Hi Rez Studios servers are not efficient.

Not helpful at all. Been trying to create an account for 2 days and there's a different problem every time. Tried to contact support, but no answers. It seems as though this business and the way that it is operating does not match the objectives of the people trying to play games.

I've been playing Realm Royale for 4 years now and just want to say thank you for this game!

Now let's get to my concern.
I think the Battle Royale game is really great and, as I said, I've been playing it for 4 years. The skins, the weapons, the "dances" are very good! I think Realm Royale has so much potential to achieve a lot. The only issues are the lags but look, you have 1 problem in the game and that is the lags ... if you fix this, you know how many people are going to be playing Realm Royale? I would never let my game down because of a problem! Imagine that the issues were fixed and an incredible number of people would play it! You started such a great game and now it's all over? I probably won't do anything with my recession, but I hope you at least read it through! Check out the positive things: Lots of players, despite the lags played the game and they used to have a Battle Pass and a Battle Royale with ABILITIES you can't find anywhere else! The best battle royale ever in my opinion and I'm not the only one to believe that, trust me. Please, if you just fix this one issue, you will become so many new players I could swear by it !!! I will never lose hope of this battle royale, but you should slowly start thinking about the game! I really admire what you have achieved with this game! So many people knew this game but no many people play it today. And why not? The only reason is the delays. You don't need a battle pass, you don't need skins, you don't need an avatar, etc., but what you need is a game with no lags and motivationed employee, the other issues can be fixed later.
Don't just look at the negative things, look at the positive ones too! There are so many positives, far more than the negatives!
So let's reconsider how many people actually want to play the game but are no longer in the mood due to the lags. I hope I was able to motivate Hi-Rez.
