It was a maze as is most of fez to find the place, but once found it's a great location, great service and environment.
Wasn't a fan of their restaurant, and expensive of course. Service was excellent but food was meh.

An excellent stay in an authentic five-star accommodation. We stayed in two different rooms while visiting Fes and both were outstanding! First room was a suite - M2. It had a large living room, bathroom, bedroom and even a private terrace on the rooftop. The room was nicely decorated in Morrocan fashion, and a must stay if looking for an upgraded room.

The next room was a regular superior room, but there was nothing regular about it. Again you walk into a sitting area with a washroom on the right and bedroom on the left. The bathroom had a huge rain shower with lots of hot water.

The courtyard in the central area was a beautiful sitting area even in the winter time as they had heaters available to keep you warm from the brisk air. There is also a restaurant and bar on-site where you can get your favourite cocktail. We enjoyed our meals at the hotel and Othman, one of the wait staff, always ensured that we were looked after.

We did not have time to use the spa services on site, but hear from another guest that they were delightful!

Did not stay at the hotel. Had a sunset dinner at the rooftop garden called Eden, and enjoyed an AMAZING hammam and massage. Dinner was great, service was quick and the view was beautiful. The rooftop was mostly empty, so I had a quiet, solo dinner. Menu is limited compared to the main restaurant, but still had several options catering to various dietary restrictions. Hammam experience was seamless and extremely luxurious. I was escorted from the rooftop to an antechamber to the hammam. After getting into a robe, they scrubbed my hands and feet. Next was the hammam room itself. The process included several washings, black soap, being scrubbed with the kess, and then I was led to a clean, tiled shower stall with a comb, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. After showering, I was escorted to an upstairs massage room. While the massage therapist herself spoke very little English, the hotel employee escorting me translated her questions. It was a fantastic massage, especially compared to many American massages I've had. They use REAL argan oil, which was very clear to me when I showered again after the massage. It coats your skin like a thick layer of butter. Feels amazing and the oil in my hair from the massage kept my hair nicely moisturized as well. Afterwards, I was led to a changing room with various amenities, then back to the lobby. All in all, a wonderful experience. 5 stars are well deserved.

Magical place, so calm and peaceful.

We loved our stay at Palais Amani. It's a beautiful space and the rooms are luxurious and spacious. We'd love to go back and spend more time exploring Fez and take advantage of the offerings are the hotel.

Everything about the Palais Amani was wonderful. The decor, the service, the staff....all top of the line! I took a private cooking course on the roof top, and then my husband and I ate the results for dinner! Great location, beautiful courtyard, fabulous breakfast, and a superb staff. Highly recommend!

A magical place with a beautiful terrace overlooking the outstanding patio. Palace with an impeccable variety of tasty dishes - and the staff goes out of its way to make one feel welcome.
