Nice staff, ok fitness senter and ok size on the room. The hotel is sentral, 10-15 min walk to Times Square and all kind of shopping, or 10-15min walk to a calm and quiet time in Greenwich village.

Pretty good hotel for the price and location. My hotel room did have some minor annoyances (poor lighting, loud air conditioner), but the bathroom and shower seemed recently rennovated. I appreciated the fully tiled shower stall with glass walls - narrow, but a nice, modern touch that I wish more hotels would do. Large, new wall mounted TV as well! And they even had HBO
Room service was great. The baby back ribs were the best I've had in a while. Slid right off the bones! The roof top bar was nice too. I was surprised how crowded it was on a Thursday night. Couldn't hear a thing from my room either. I requested a quiet room, which was on 15th floor near the back. Had to sacrifice a city views, but it was worth the peace and quiet. I'd stay here again if I had to choose between other hotels in the area.

Friendly staff and clean room. I recommend requesting a high floor; my room had beautiful views of the One Wold Trade Center in the distance. This hotel is also close to Penn Station if you plan to take a Amtrak train in or out of the city.
Great location, and usually at competitive prices. The rooms feel small, but normal for Manhattan. :) You can order a mini fridge for your room (free). Bathrooms are functional, with good water pressure in the shower. There is a chipotle downstairs, and whole foods across the road. Rooms have all the amenities you might expect at a Hilton.
With the digital check in and key, really easy to just go on up to your room. Rooms are a bit small but was clean and as expected. Not too loud. The restaurant and roof top bar are currently closed.
I arrive at 9 am after on a red eye flight so my room wasn t ready but I was able to leave luggage while I went out. I left the lobby at 10:30 after my friend picked me up. I saw a few other folks get their room. I was told I d get a call when my room was ready but didn t so I returned to the hotel at 4 and was told they had a room for me. The room was fine - clean, reasonable size, and warm. Bathroom was pretty good size but I wasn t a fan of the layout. No closet but there was a big wardrobe. The TV was pretty good quality. Neighbor was very loud and smoked up a lot which the management to their credit put a stop to quickly each time. Location was very good and just a couple blocks to several subway lines. For the price it s a pretty solid choice. Rooftop bar was ok and all the staff were friendly overall.
