I recently went for a snack at the Piano Nobile lounge. The place is beautiful and quiet, and the staff very friendly.
Regarding the service, in the reservation I made previously, I specified that I wanted to be located in the living room garden, but they placed me in the living room.
It took approximately 35 minutes to bring me the snack, another 5 'for water and 15' for two glasses of sparkling wine that I had to ask more than once from two different waiters. Unexpected!

We went to the Palacio Duhau for a brunch on Sunday noon. The buffet offers a broad range of different delicious food and the service has been great. The location itself is very impressive and you can enjoy the inside or outside. Process is around 40 to 50 USD per person.

Excellent hotel We were not hosted in it, but if we dined a snack and snack in the garden area. Everything was perfect and they were very kind. The building has a very nice and elegant facade.

Very beautiful hotel! We had lunch on the terrace with friends. The food was exceptional and the service was perfect.

Spacious rooms with very good decoration. However we were doing a photo shoot with a girlfriend in the garden where not only the bride was enjoying but all the guests as well and a worker told the photographer that we could not continue to "disturb" the guests. The truth is a little disappointing.

The check in process was not smooth but the staff outside of this was veto professional.

What to say about this place? I'm never going to tire of going, everything is excellent from the food that is exquisite to the waiters who attend, sublime! An applause!!

Excellent environment within the City. Its building with style, the level of attention and service, are excellent. I visited the Duhau Palace to celebrate the wedding of some friends. Everything was wonderful and of great level. The Palacio Duhau Park Hyatt experience is highly recommended !!

Terrible experience in the restaurant.
On 03/2019 the same thing had happened to me and I had complained to a Manager, surnamed Escalente.
I came back just now and the same blond-haired girl with a French accent attended me (I think she is in charge of the night), which is not up to the hotel. They are not pending if you need anything. To ask for something I had to be (again), beckoning. And to ask for the bill more than 10 '.

The options for coeliacs is almost nil and as an accompaniment with drinks they brought a depressing option.

Gastronomy is very rich, although with fewer options than hotels in the area. The service is clearly deficient and undoubtedly give a different attention to those who are not foreigners and under 35 years.

I recommend going to Four Seasons or same to 4 star hotels that have better value for money

The place is very beautiful, the tea service very rich, but in my case I was not well attended. We had to ask for sugar and sweetener, dishes etc. since they hadn't put them. We asked for an infusion and they brought us another one ... they may seem dull if it is in the corner bar of my house ... there is unforgivable !! I wrote mail to the hotel commenting on what happened and they answered me three days later saying that they hope that if I return again I have a better experience. (HAHA) I insist the place is beautiful, but to have tea go to Alvear.
