Takes a LONG time to get paid but if you are persistent and patient you will eventually get paid

Trying to make some extra money with a music study in March while needed to pay a bill .they will never pay you .so look at them before you go to any study with them.

Did music survey in September, 2017. It is now end of January. It is only $25 but both my brother and I keep getting the runaround. I just filed a complaint with the BBB. Check finally arrived. What a crappy way to run a business.

I know 3 other people who took the Jacksonville music survey mid-May and have yet to be paid.

Edit: I did end up contacting the BBB and received a check in the mail today, as did 2/3 other people I know that took it. I am upgrading my rating to 2 stars; however, if I end up getting a check for the other survey, I'll change my rating to a higher one. Still waiting for the second mid-May one.

Update 9/13: Mid-May survey payment arrived today. Will change to 3 stars.

I received payment after 2 weeks the 1st time I did a survey with them & it took almost a month (27 days) the 2nd time, but both times I did finally receive payment. The payments were not issued it until after I filed reports and wrote negative rewiews though, so it's hard to say if you will actually receive your payment without fighting for it lol But I did finally receive mine & it took alot of work to get it. Absolutely horrible liars I completed the survey and have yet to paid

Unfortunately, Harker Research is not to be trusted. They contracted us in 2008 to recruit an expedite project for a Denver station's radio listening test. Harker was unable to fulfill the project requirements without our assistance. They owed us thousands of dollars for work we did on their behalf and never paid after repeated attempts to collect from them.

Had a fun, easy time listening to music for money! Would definitely do again.

I hate that they got my cell # & bug the crap out of me every night while I'm trying to eat dinner or relax. I don't know what they want & I really don't care. Just leave me alone!

Poor customer experience
Waiting to get paid for a survey I did 2 months ago.
I get excuses to why I haven't been paid yet I will call the bbb today and file a complaint
Also will not be doing any other paid surveys from anyone ever unless it's face to face
