Although i didn't have the chance to explore the hotel, my experince was in the restaurant Gioia only and it was quite average and very overpiced for the bad food quality. Not what I would have expected from the Hyatt. It's also worth mentioning that the staff is seriuosulsy unprepared and seem to be more busy talking to each other than actually working. Wouldn't go back.

Excellent restaurant, the menu very complete and interesting (white fishing, duck, lamb, grilled braised). The wine list very varied and complete (Pyros Single Vineyard Malbec with the roast highly recommended). The very good attention.

Exquisite place, the amazing Palace! I love to go for a drink in the lounge overlooking the incredible gardens. The staff always at your disposal; Friendly and helpful to the smallest detail. The atmosphere goes back to the past, perfect! 100% recommendable.

Excellent and excite the bar with terraces to the garden. The bad thing is the staff that is very slow and forgetful. The waiters usually change quite frequently. They are very friendly but lack speed. Not valid to hurry.

The room and ambience was ok for its standard. But this hotel definitely does not offer a 5-star service. At check-in the hotel staff was racist. She kept my friends (Asians) waiting at the counter while she minds her own biz on the phone and not even acknowledging their existence until we and the others came.

& Although there are a few restaurants in this hotel, there was actually nowhere to eat at this five-star hotel in the afternoon of Christmas Eve. We were being kicked around (basically) from one restaurant to the next (staff at this restaurant in the hotel told us to go to the other one over there and the other one said they were not open and so on and so forth). We eventually were led (actually not even led; more like told by some staff over here to go find this place yourself) into a Cigar Room crowded with people and stank like tobacco (did we mention we want a smoke-free place to just have some snacks and drinks before we go to airport? was that too much to ask for at this five-star hotel?). Very disappointed.

Great hotel, excellent service. Much better rooms in the palace than in the tower, but you just have to get lucky to be placed there, or book one of the palace's suites. The spa and pool are really nice, shame there's no outdoor pool though. Restaurants are very good, especially the Duhau restaurant. And the breakfast is fantastic
