Lets see, this is my experince. I had a different room from everyone else. I had a courtyard room on the second floor, walking in at first was good. Checked for beg bugs and anything that could be left from a couple , ya know. Was clean, no suprises. Rug is pretty worn out, window was little high but i am just short an kinda opens up an inch, my complaint is the pool an kinda see right into my room but wasnt major cause that just forced me to keep the window shad closed. The frigerator was steep, $10 a night, getting ice was like a maze. The wifi was a bit rough, had some moments it was great an others where it was a crawl, for the extra boost its an added $7 an is good, enough to play online games.
Placement is good, north side of the strip, but cant walk there due to the high way and rail road. Has a shuttle that goes to the cosmopolitan i believe.
But what really did it for me is the buffet, the fees, and the bug i found. The buffet isnt exciting, army buffet off base were more exciting with sushi and sweet&sour chicken. The " Resort fees " stack up, i had $100 deposit and still owe $51 after giving it to them. There is no resort, there is 2 pools with a hot tub. It might be a standard vegas fee for every hotel but with the cost of everything i could of gone to one of the strips hotels with the same money with maybe 1 or 2 days less and walk every where with performances. And the bug, it wasnt massive, was not a spider. Did look like an ear wigg, braught it down to prove it in person. Had my Premium internet fees waived but i was suppose to be seen by the security for any bites i was not aware of, waited 2 hours an was not seen. But that was time i wanted at the tables.
Anyways, its a strong 2 stars and a soft 3. If it wasnt for the fees it be a soft 4
