I really preferred the Palace Station the way it was before. Most of the best machines have been replaced with more expensive machines. It doesn't feel local anymore. Also, the players rewards are the worst I've ever seen. It's ridiculous.

There really is not a specific quality about this casino that would bring me back, unless I had to. It isn't horrible, but it isn't special. Maybe after the renovations it is undergoing there will be features worth coming back for. I am open to this idea.

It looked very clean, everything seemed to be at a very reasonable price!! It is off the strip, BUT!! They have shuttles to and from the airport AND to and from the strip. Save on taxi money :)

Terrible customer service. I was denied my room that I paid for for 2 nights because I couldn't cover a $100 security deposit. I even told them to turn off everything I could charge the room for and the guy still said he couldn't do anything. On top of that, they won't refund my money. I'm so livid right now. I definitely do not recommend anyone stay at this rude hotel. They definitely don't have the customers best intentions as their #1 priority..

Attended an event and was so happy that a security guard helped me find my way to the banquet room. The signage from the parking garage was not clear and it would have taken me allot longer to get to the event.

Remodeled alot of the casino but raised prices on everything. Had to pay for it somehow I guess. Slots are very tight as well. So bad they dont even entertain you with a little give and take. Its lose lose and then lose some more.

Deceiving business when booking. Palace station has the tower and the hidden ghetto courtyard rooms. Please DO NOT book the courtyard as it is smelly, dirty, terrible wired beds, and just so run down its an unbelievable sight. Upgrade to the luxury tower if available. Seriously, tear down that courtyard building, Expedia and other booking website should delist this business.

This is a smaller hotel and casino just off of the strip it's in a residential neighborhood and it's owned by a family of Station Casinos they're geared towards the locals and not tourists they tend to be more friendly and homey and inviting also the prices tend to be lower on rooms and food it's a much more local Friendly atmosphere I highly recommend any of the Station Casinos

It has attentive house keeping. What I did not like was our room being changed from where it was reserved in. My sister's room was supposed to be next to mine and we found out upon check in that it was given to another guest.

Lets see, this is my experince. I had a different room from everyone else. I had a courtyard room on the second floor, walking in at first was good. Checked for beg bugs and anything that could be left from a couple , ya know. Was clean, no suprises. Rug is pretty worn out, window was little high but i am just short an kinda opens up an inch, my complaint is the pool an kinda see right into my room but wasnt major cause that just forced me to keep the window shad closed. The frigerator was steep, $10 a night, getting ice was like a maze. The wifi was a bit rough, had some moments it was great an others where it was a crawl, for the extra boost its an added $7 an is good, enough to play online games.
Placement is good, north side of the strip, but cant walk there due to the high way and rail road. Has a shuttle that goes to the cosmopolitan i believe.
But what really did it for me is the buffet, the fees, and the bug i found. The buffet isnt exciting, army buffet off base were more exciting with sushi and sweet&sour chicken. The " Resort fees " stack up, i had $100 deposit and still owe $51 after giving it to them. There is no resort, there is 2 pools with a hot tub. It might be a standard vegas fee for every hotel but with the cost of everything i could of gone to one of the strips hotels with the same money with maybe 1 or 2 days less and walk every where with performances. And the bug, it wasnt massive, was not a spider. Did look like an ear wigg, braught it down to prove it in person. Had my Premium internet fees waived but i was suppose to be seen by the security for any bites i was not aware of, waited 2 hours an was not seen. But that was time i wanted at the tables.
Anyways, its a strong 2 stars and a soft 3. If it wasnt for the fees it be a soft 4

Just "Ok. One of the smoky-est casinos I've ever been in! After you get out of the casino you smell like a frickin ash-tray! Yeeck! The workers all seemed nice. Buffet was pretty good for $11. Also, there is no pool right now.

Palace Station is an affordable property in close proximity to the Strip. All the employees were very pleasant & we were always met with smiles. We stayed in the tower rooms & they were a bit outdated & there was noticeable debris on the carpet & along the front of the dressers. Nothing major. You definitely get more bang for your buck at this property. Why pay the extremely high prices on the Strip when you're only gonna be in your room for maybe 6 hours a night. Also, big shout out to Laura--a waitress at the Grand Cafe--her customer service was phenomenal.
