Went to Etimad (Saudi Immigration and Visa Processing Centre) office in FTC. It's a well maintained, neat and clean and secure place. Has branches of many banks and various other businesses. Excellent parking facilities are available with a circular two lane road.

Went there for biometric... parking tends to be an issue

One of the best business centres in the wirld, has great security, provides moat facilities and is well maintained. Has many banks and organizations having offices here. The location is also very convinient.

The building is known as Finanace and Trade Center, a house of different business enterprises. The ground floor is exclusively affiliated for parking. The first floor has branches of various banks and Etimaad Center for online biometric services for Saudia travel. The above floors have offices of different companies. The architecture of the building is beautifully designed and decorated with plants and fountains. The roof tops are made in dome shape with walls painted in red to give it a classic architecture look. The building is accessible for wheelchairs users. There is only controlled access to the building and also equipped with walk-in security. There is a buffet floor which provides national cusines at very reasonable price at lunch times. The building has got a very beautiful mosque also in its permises called Masjid e Faran. But the building is not provided with adequate fire alarms and fire fighting equipmemt which resulted intense damage to the building due to fire on the top 2 floors 6 months ago. The damages have not been completely repaired yet.

One of the oldest and finest architecture of Karachi. Huge and no such building in Karachi can compete in terms of grandness. I worked here for 1.5 years and it's a great experience working in this building.

A highly huge complex of multi-storey buildings with best planning and designing. Housing multiple offices and departments. But there is not a proper guideline system for the new and first visitor. Either there must be a good reception cum guidance section at the very entrance, near the entrance gate of the complex, so that the first time visitor is guided properly.
In addition to this along the path I mean route or way to first guided second entrance till the actual destination there must sign boards or any sort of guidance at every junction of varieties.
