Travis and josh are by far the best shop I have ever done business with!! The took great care of me from the tow to their knowledge fixing my work truck. I can honestly say if it weren t for them being as good as they are I would not be confident in my truck going the distance! Thanks guys!

Great work and great prices at the end of the day!!!

These guys help me out a lot. After I went to Speedy Lube on Harvard in Roseburg they did not put enough transmission fluid in my Ram 2500 6.7 Cummings diesel. Speedy Lube blew the transmission. I took it to FINISHLINE MOTORSPORTS I told them that I was on a very tight timeline to go to CA for wife s baby shower. They got me a new transmission just in time for the trip and worked till 10:30pm the night prior to get it done. They are the best mechanics I have met in a long time. The new transmission ran perfect on the 1,800mile trip pulling a 32 travel trailer. Thanks again!! FINISHLINE MOTORSPORTS!!!

Purchased a truck used and went to several diesel repair shops. Breakdowns and problems persisted. The guys at Finishline opened for business and I finally found an honest shop that recommended quality repairs. My truck has been running very well since they worked on it. Never go anywhere else.

The worst service I've ever had with an auto repai...

The worst service I've ever had with an auto repair shop in the decades I've been driving. There are only 2 mechanics who own and run the large shop. Last time I was there they had a 3rd good mechanic who put in a distributer kit well and in a timely manner, but he's no longer there I found out later. On Dec. 3rd when I had my Chevy truck towed there for a full engine diagnostic and estimate of the problem fix the 2 told me that they were backlogged. He didn't venture a guess as to how backlogged or long it would be for them to do the test and estimate but I gave them my no. and he agreed to call me back when he knew. Usually, a diagnostic is done the same day-a week at the outset if a business is busy.
I left out-of-state for Christmas family visits to TX and in late December was shocked when he still wasn't sure after checking back in person. He still had my phone no. but never contacted this customer and I had to go to their shop again where they knew the problem and it was an expensive repair.
On January 3rd after an entire month at his shop I decided to have it towed. The day it was being towed I'd called them and they said [they were]" closed at 12 PM for lunch" (unusual for a shop also), but said "1:30 PM would be okay to meet down at [his] shop to pay the diagnostic bill and have it towed." Me, the tow driver, and another prospective customer were there at 1:15 and 1:30 came and went with the shop still closed. The prospective customer was pretty mad due to his phoning the 2 owner-mechanics prior for the same meeting time and had been banging on the windows and knocking on the door to see if anyone was home. After keeping all 3 of us waiting till near 2PM one of them arrived in a pickup and I paid my bill. Before towing the truck I asked this guy if they had "normal working hours" (they advertise such anyway) and he said "Uh...well...we were all sitting around having lunch and I came down when we were finished." Actually, a man who ran a custom parts shop at the front of their building had phoned him that people were waiting for him at their shop.

Backlogged doesn't excuse the ridiculous wait time for the procedure and had I been in-town during the holiday my truck would've been towed sooner to another mechanic. A total lack of respect for this customer's time, or so much as a heads-up that it was taking as long as it did. They close their shop for lunch and don't meet the customer when they say they'll be there and his lethargic, indifferent response to this showed a lack of respect and professionalism that I've never seen, and hope not to, again.
