Curry is one of the most amazing people you will ever meet. I was in a very near fatal accident in 2014 and devastatingly injured. I remember Curry came to see me while I was still in the hospital and he was so warm, kind and reassuring that I was going to survive because I had my doubts. Throughout my whole process Curry and Rose held my hand, encouraged me when I didn't think I could go on.
This "survival" has been the most difficult things I have ever had to face in my life. Remarkably, even after eighteen-plus years, the Pajcic & Pajcic family still considers me a part of theirs. I'd suffered a horrific accident August 20, 2001 wherein every major bone in my body was broken in multiple places, which was more arduous due to head trauma suffered. There had been, reportedly, at least one occasion when I'd visited the firm of legal eagles to express my gratitude but mental challenges realized as a consequence of the accident nearly two decades ago caused me to simply forget. How Pajcic & Pajcic changed my life. While at work on a construction site I was run over twice by another employee operating a dump truck. Immediately my life flashed before me as I lay on the ground with the heat being close to 97 degrees in Jacksonville, FL. My parents' grown children and grandchildren were living all around the world, and my brother and I knew we needed support and help from the best local personal injury lawyers we could find for Mom and Dad in the Jacksonville area. In June of 2018 my parents, ages 92 and 94, were victims in a collision caused when the driver of an SUV ran a Stop sign and crashed into them as they drove their golf cart to their residence on the campus of a Jacksonville area retirement community.

I regret to say that I had a terrible experience with this Law Firm. The Lawyer I was assigned to, Tom Slater, made a lot of promises that were never delivered on, including his "commitment to my case". I discovered towards the end of my medical treatment that the Pajcic and Pajcic staff had failed to read any of my Doctor's notes, follow up with the Doctor for missing notes, and that they had not been building a case as we went, but instead did all of the paperwork and case-building late minute. This resulted in the discovery that my Doctor had kept sparse notes, often with inaccurate descriptions of my treatment schedule, and even pain locations.
The supporting staff was incompetent and failed to provide information on a consistent basis, and when they did provide information, it was often incorrect. The Lawyers and supporting Staff avoided phone calls and would not call me back when we had appointed meetings
Due to the negligence on behalf of the Lawyers to build this case and review the files that were supposed to be periodically sent from my Doctor, Pajcic and Pajcic asked me to seek other representation and would not give me a reason. I had followed all of their directions from the start, provided all records they asked for and without warning they tried to drop my case.
Eventually, after contacting a Senior Partner regarding this case, they agreed to finish negotiating the minimum settlement offered by the insurance company, or I could find other Representation. Considering the lack of documentation they kept throughout the case, I did not have much of a choice to bring in other representation. And I was forced through these circumstances to accept the smallest amount possible.
I will never recommend Pajcic and Pajcic again to anyone that is looking for Lawyers committed to their clients. They made novice mistakes in the handling of this case that I would not have expected from Lawyers with their years of experience.

Their car almost caused anaccident by making a lane switch from a right-turn-only lane into the left lane while driving through an intersection in order to get ahead of traffic.
