I had never had a lawyer before and Tom and legal assistant Sarai were wonderful. Sarai went above and beyond to explain things in terms I could understand, always returned phone calls and emails promptly and looked out for me. They both were exceptional and would use them again if need be. I never felt like a bother or felt annoying when I had to have terms explained to me multiple times. Wonderful experience!
