They cater to the wealthy and don t care about their staff. One individual ate a maggot filled wrap at Hidden Lake and corporate swept it under the rug. They consistently undervalue course staff so the corporate individuals can justify their roles.

Do yourself a favor and do not support this company. Internally they are the epitome of the evil corporation . Not to mention they don t actually care about golf as an industry. They offer nothing in terms of moving the industry forward, if anything they re holding it back.

Course is great. Well kept grounds. Very unprofessional staff : Last week I overheard a conversation between what seemed a manager /authority figure and an outside worker who was being "scolded" for enjoying a coffee.

One of the worst run organizations in Canada. DO NOT JOIN CLUBLINK. What you pay vs what you receive is disgusting. Courses burned out, no maintenance on courses, greens burned out, diseased, or either just flat out garbage. You can only really play a handful of "good" courses if you live in Toronto, otherwise don't waste your time or money. It's April 15th, and courses are still not open. This is my last season and I'm telling every one to run far far away from this joke of a company. I really hope they tank.

I looked forward to playing s number of Clublink c...

I looked forward to playing s number of Clublink courses this year. I have golfed 4-5 times as a paid guest at your courses this season. Last year at a Charity Golf tournament (which took place at a Clublink course) I purchased a 1 month membership for this season. Unfortunately myself, and as I am told by ClubLink, hundreds of others, will not be able to use our memberships until further notice.

Their rational was that they were way too busy with their current members and I was told by Mr. Statham that I could in fact golf by paying guest fees or by purchasing another $500 one month membership. So they won't honour the membership I already purchased but would allow meet pay again for another one. It seems clear that they just just interested in money and not customer service. If they were in fact as busy as they say they are, they should not be allowing guests or offering new paid memberships.

Why donate something to a charity if you don't plan on honouring the terms? So the fundraising events supports Clublink by hosting the event at one of their courses and they donate a prize that hey will not honour. How does this make any sense. I hope in the future this event will look at other venues to host their event.

I have friends and family members that are members of ClubLink and had though of joining myself but now that I have see how they treat potential clients, I would never want to be a part of this type of organization.

I had booked trips and tee times expecting to be able to use the membership I purchased and now I am out both time and money spent on hotels and transportation. I spoke to Mr. Lamarre and tried to come up with a compromise but he was not willing to help in any way. He had many arguments as to why they were not accepting the passes but his rational did not make much sense.

Sadly, I know there are a number of others out there that are in the same position that I am. I have reached out to Mr. King the VP but have yet to hear back. All I had asked was for a couple of guest passed for the coming weekend so that I was not out the cost of my hotel and transportation that I had already booked and paid for, but again this was refused.

I hope that Clublink will re-think their position on this matter for the sake of everyone who donate to/purchased these memberships. As a business owner myself, I just can not understand how a big business like Clublink would not honour the terms.

If you are thinking of becoming a member of Clublink, hopefully this is will give you some insight as to how they will treat you as a member or potential client.

I will never again get a Clublink membership. This is my first year with a membership and I can say the employees at the courses that I have been to have been great, but everyone I have dealt with directly at Clublink have been awful.

Starting from the beginning of the season, my account tee booking link was clearly not working properly and I reached out 3 times just to hear "oh everything is fine", then the season starts and I was unable to book a tee time for a week and a half because they wouldnt even answer their phones as it was busy.

Then I get on the phone with them to discuss when my referral money will be coming through (as I referred 3 members), I was promised if I pay my dues off in full, I will get the referral credit, I paid my dues in full immediately and was told it would take a few business days, I follow up 7 days later to be told that everyone I refer have to pay their dues in full as well. These people are only about money and once they have your money you are not valued whatsoever. Terrible member experience

And finally, the courses (3 that i consistently play) are complete garbage right now, really upset I wasted my time and money with Clublink, would much prefer single course or just public golf from now on.

I do not understand this organization. If I want to play by myself, I should be allowed to! Every single time I book a tee time by myself they fill it with people 4x my age without asking! This is a complete joke considering how much money you pay. I 100% recommend you stay away from club link due to fact that they overbook every single course at a stupid rate.... STAY AWAY

Purchased a one month trial ClubLink membership at a charity event in Sept 2019. When I tried to activate the membership in June 2020 was told "we are so busy we are not honouring one month trial memberships" . So ClubLink donates to a charity and then reneges on the committment. Unbelievable!! What a way to treat potential customers!! A no class organization,

It is very difficult to book tee times. I was on hold for 46 minutes today and I still didn't get through. This has happened several times now! I would rather get the pro shop at a golf course. It was a much better system last year. This encourages me to golf at other courses besides ClubLink.

One of the worst organizations in the country. This company is a joke.

They don't respect the members/players nor do they care. They are only after $$$ and nothing else. Most of their courses are always in terrible shape.

When you question them about any issues/problems, they never ever take accountability for anything, they just give you excuses.

If you are thinking of becoming a member of this horrible organization, save your money and go somewhere else! DO NO WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

THIS WEEKEND I PLAYED WOODLAND (EAST) IN TAMARAC FLORIDA. THIS COURSE IS IN TERRIBLE CONDITION. IT SEEMS THAT EVERY YEAR AFTER THE SNOWBIRDS AND CANADIAN VISITORS HAVE LEFT FOR THE SUMMER THE COURSE IS LET GO TO SEED. THERE ARE WEEDS IN THE FAIRWAYS AND THE ROUGH AREAS ARE UN-MOWED. THE SAND TRAPS ARE ABSENT OF ANY REAL SAND AND ONLY HAVE HARD PACKED SAND WITH WATER PUDDLES IN THEM. I HAVE HEARD THAT THIS COUNTRY CLUB MAY BE SELLING OUT TO A DEVELOPER AND THIS COULD ALSO BE THE REASON THERE IS VERY LITTLE UPKEEP.

I just resigned my membership today after almost 10 years. The cost to play is a joke since you can virtually play any of their courses for a fraction of what they charge without the committment . They are not maintaining their properties both on and off course take Bond Head for example. Hopefully Triple M takes it back sooner than later and make it back to what I joined so I can go back .
Staff through most properties are amazing but the organization does not care about its members.
Shame on you Club Link

17 year member. Can't get anyone on the phone that can actually explain the on-line booking process. Tried to get a tee time at 9 courses August 22, 2020 got a reply saying there were no times available. Have been told of a "scheme" other members employ to grab times never wanted to do it. Decided to request a resignation document instead.

Got talked into a players card at the end of season. Got promised discounts that were not true. End paying way more with a players card than booking on line on Glen Abby. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE !!

Clublink sold me on being a member so that I could play at any Clublink course. The reality is, the only course I'm ever able to book in advance is my home course. I'm essentially blocked off from booking other courses until the day before, which makes it impossible to arrange a game with friends.

You are paying a premium to play multiple courses, yet you essentially are limited to your own home course. Not worth the money or the headache!
