This has always been a favorite of mine. I used to go all the time with my mom and even had my birthday party here when I was 12 or so. They still have some of their signature scents from years ago which I LOVE. But they also have a larger variety of items now which is awesome and I guess goes along with their expansion. So glad it s still around!

They were so great working with my indecisive nature and answers so many questions. All their products smell amazing as well.

I love this store. Can't wait till they can open again.

I have been doing at Paisley and company for years! The service and products are outstanding. I couldn't recommend them more, especially now as a mother to be I have found their products to be even more useful and wallet friendly.

Paisley & Co is a very charming boutique featuring everything a woman can desire in soaps, lotions, body and facial creams, exotic oils, shower gels ect. Moreover, these bath, body and shower products can be customized for you right in the store. The customer may choose her favorite scents and colors in most bath items offered for sale. My very favorite is "Amalfi," a citrusy delight. The owner and creator of the concept is Joanne Lapic, is an artistic, and ebullient woman. I highly recommend a visit to her shop to savor the scents, indulge in bath fantasies, and meet her. It is quite an experience.

A local favorite for all your pampering needs! In love with my seaside violets bee butter and seaglass frothie. Also picked up some white spruce scented sachet gel to get my studio smelling Christmassy. Love Paisley!!

Paisley is heaven on earth for bath and body aficionados. Custom made products, all simple and no strange ingredients! The custom fragrance bar is one of the most unique and awesome experiences-- and its SO affordable, even more so than BBW and Lush! Bath bombs, face scrubs, lotions, soaps -- stock up, since the quality is awesome, they really REALLY work and it smells SO GOOD! (Note: Fellow eczema sufferers, their bee butter is the only thing that got me through 2 winters!)

Had a great time here ! Really nice quality lotions, body mists, liquid soaps, etc. Good selection of their own scents but you can make your own scents as well from over 300 choices. Staff was really helpful and nice. I got a perfume roll on from scents i choose and it is heavenly. Prices are more reasonable than I expected. Great place to take a friend or family or to shop for gifts.

I dont get to this store enough but I just love the scents & end up with a bag full for myself.

Absolutely love this place! I have recently switched over to their products! The staff was really friendly and super helpful! With little knowledge about their products they helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for! It's also very reasonably priced which was a great surprise!

Great little shop product wise.. However the lady working was clearly bothered by EVERYTHING I asked her about the products or advice. Not sure I would go back for that reason alone, as it really upset my mother.

Great and unique bath and scents here! I love their unique scent blends that you can't get anywhere else. If there is a scent of liquid soap or lotion you want, but would like in a different color, they'll mix it up for you. Great to buys gifts for friends who don't need another coffee mug! Workers are super nice and always willing to answer questions and help out. Support small business! This store rocks.

I went into the shop for the fisrt time this weekend. They have so many items to choose from! The staff was very knowledgeable about all of their products and friendly.

So I went to this store thinking it would be great but I asked the lady to smell the different scents and she was not very nice about it and I felt so bad asking for more things that I left . My experience wasn't that great to be honest. They should have nicer and friendly people working there instead of a worker who gets agitated .

I love this place! I wish there was one close by. This is the best store to buy fragrance oils and unique bath gifts for others. I usually order lemon and vanilla scents. They allow you to make your own fragrances

Love this place . Very friendly helpful staff and inexpensive. And allows you to create your own personal sent and name it and it stays your's, all you need to do is go back and ask for your sent, it's great.

All things for the bath and body. Try the Bee Butter. I purchase unscented but the have many lovely scents and colors to customize your gift....or to spoil yourself!

Paisley is a hidden gem in Kutztown. It is my wife's favorite store to stop at and when she is in town. They have so many scents and will customize something for you if you can't find something that you like. Joanne and her whole team make your experience here one to remember!

Absolutely love Paisley & Company!! I've been using their products ever since I've lived in Kutztown. I've since moved to Georgia and now Florida. And I now order online and I get so excited to get my goodies in the mail!! Just ordered a bunch of things including 3 new products that I've never tried. So excited to try them out along with my all time favorites!

Love love love this cute shop and all of its products! I have quite the collection of products, and can t wait to get some more! They have an essential oils bar where you can create your blend and mix it into a variety of products. For my shampoo I had a blend that my friend had made me and the wonderful woman working was able to smell that and replicate the scent. The Shea butter really helps with my eczema this time of year, it s a nice thick consistency that protects the skin so well! Highly recommend trying this brand!

A must-visit for sure! I have a decent collection of Lush products, but they cannot compare to the ones found at Paisley. My favorite thing is their fragrance bar and how you can customize any product right there. The body wash and goats milk mousse are great for sensitive skin. I also got the rested linen spray which smells amazing. For as much as I purchased on my first visit, I thought the prices were reasonable (significantly cheaper than Lush or Bath and Body Works) and the quality is outstanding. The woman who helped me at the fragrance bar told me there is a small discount if you bring back your bottles and tubs to be refilled (without having to repeat the scents if you do not want to).

I'm somewhat sad to write this review. My mother introduced us to Paisley and Co. last year. Our previous visits have been very pleasant. My husband and I visited in August and worked with a young gentleman to create the perfect scent for our candle wedding favors. During that visit and other visits, we felt the staff was very accommodating and patient. My mother buys all of her soaps, goats milk lotion, and face wash from Paisley. However, today we interacted with Mikayla, daughter of Joann.The interaction started out pleasant until my mother questioned the soaps she had received. Confusion arose when my mother stated that she had requested colored soaps that she had purchased previously. Rather than being accommodating and helpful, Mikaylas response was "we have a lot of customers and a lot of products..." She also stated that she couldn't look through previous orders to see where the discrepancy was. Her overall attitude was poor and she seemed like she did not have the time to address the issue, even though we were the ONLY customers in the store. I myself had planned to purchase something and ask about creating a scent, however did not feel comfortable after seeing how she interacted with a loyal customer who has purchased and even promoted many of their products. Unfortunately, I don't believe we will be returning to purchase anything in the near future due to the bad taste that this interaction left in our mouths. Very disappointed.

Everything is always amazing at this store. The staff, the environment of the shop, and the products are so wonderful. I would highly recommend visiting if given the opportunity. The staff is very accommodating, experienced, and superfluously helpful (in a good way), not to mention patient, and will help you to create your own scent for almost any bath product they offer in almost every color. They let you choose from many essential oils and mix them to create a perfect scent. If you do not have an idea of what you want, they have many scents already available and many suggestions for scents. Some of my favorites are "strawberry peach" and "Caribbean fruit". I take a trip here annually while the Kutztown Folk Festival is going on, and I have to say I am never disappointed with my experience. Paisley and Company has natural, wonderfully scented bath products, and is by far my favorite bath boutique store that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. A plethora of panache here.

The soaps are such a high quality, and the personal attention from the staff is exemplary. I always appreciate the priority to refill frothie bottles and thereby reduce plastic waste. Thank-you, Paisley!

I love it there. Family owned. Very Friendly and I get so many compliments about my custom scent.

All my previous visits here have been pleasant until their grand re-opening day. I ve loved and still love the products here so this review does not reflect the quality of the products. Also I understand that there was a lot more customers in store due to the special day. However, on a day where customers are excited to see the new store and products I felt like most of the employees working were unfriendly and not helpful/did t want to be bothered. For purchasing over $100 worth of products, we did not feel like we were appreciated and valued customers.

They have quite a few scents I'm partial to the Patchouli and the bee butter moisturizer is amazing. I highly recommend this place.

I frequent the store very often, and always have a pleasant experience. Their products have helped out immensely with dry skin for my wife.
