From the moment I made the appointment, I was already impressed. The receptionist showed empathy and scheduled me right in. Dr. Qamar is extremely knowledgeable and went beyond expectations. I found my new physician and couldn't be happier! Thank you for taking the time to put me at ease.
This hospital is the worst hospital to ever go to. They left me in the ER hallway for about 6 hours with no one helping me. Then they took me upstairs left me in the room with no medicine while I m in pain. The nurse came in and try to poke me. She did not know what she was doing. The another nurse was going through my personal belongings which she didn t need to. I will never ever come to this hospital again.
I was a patient here and was treated like a king they are the bomb to the staff and therapist of the 3rd floor

A very close family friend was transferred here from Kaiser a couple weeks ago to start therapy after being admitted in Kaiser since after Thanksgiving. He was doing well making great progress with communicating. Last week they got a call he was back in ICU due to being "found" unresponsive. No doctor or personnel had the decency to contact family to explain what happened, even after leaving several messages for a call back everyday for a week. Finally someone called a couple days ago, only after having to escalate this. Today we got inform he had passed. DO NOT LET THEM SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE IF YOU WANT TO SEE THEM ALIVE AGAIN!!
This hospital is giving NWA new meaning, Nurses With Attitude. I cant even get a simple update after a family members surgery without attitude
My brother has been at this hospital for a month and a half . He is on the third floor. The nurses physical therapy Doctors his team there has done an amazing job. He will be home in a couple of days. He went to this hospital I was scared at first when I seen the reviews. I want to say Thank you to unit three for your help and support. Amazing team..
Amazing staff, attentive, caring and very professional personnel. The only bad thing is that it needs a remodeling. An Emergency remodeling. Is unsanitary, really dirty old place for a hospital. Very small hospital, it only has so much space for patients and Doctors to have their own space. I suggest for the community to come together and city council to get together to remodel this hospital. It is very necessary. The rooms are super small, no central AC. In general really old hospital. Hope this and other reviews help remodel this hospital ASAP for the Drs and patients sake.
THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN VERY VERY VERRY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DONT PAY ATTENTION TO PATIENTS IN NEED. PLACE LOOKS DINGY AND BROKE DOWN.
Horrible place to be hospitalized, no AC, I ve been given one cup of water over the two days I ve been here the nurses are never to be found . If you need something it s best you get it yourself because the call buttons don t even work or you don t even get one in the room ,blankets and pillows you need to carry them if you move rooms because some beds don t have any and the nurse rather you take the ones you have them go get clean ones for you
Was very worried based on previous reviews. I was there for a Lexiscan test. However , I had a very pleasant surprise. Everybody was very friendly and professional. I went to the cafeteria as well, and again, people were very helpful, Marco even offered 2 free bottles of water. The radiologist was very friendly and funny. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Based on my experience they got a 5 star review. Nice!
