A very close family friend was transferred here from Kaiser a couple weeks ago to start therapy after being admitted in Kaiser since after Thanksgiving. He was doing well making great progress with communicating. Last week they got a call he was back in ICU due to being "found" unresponsive. No doctor or personnel had the decency to contact family to explain what happened, even after leaving several messages for a call back everyday for a week. Finally someone called a couple days ago, only after having to escalate this. Today we got inform he had passed. DO NOT LET THEM SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE IF YOU WANT TO SEE THEM ALIVE AGAIN!!
