Great place for real estate supplies and classes. There's a guy to your right, that runs the help desk like the whole place is his. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to work with you. His name is Sam.

I am so pleased, and surprisingly so, to be the FIRST person to leave a review for the PWAOR. After all of the years of their existence, it seems that there should be more than one.

However, and be that as it may, I am delighted to report that their agent support desk is well and thriving. I spoke this afternoon with George who professionally and enthusiastically helped in bring a matter to a positive solution and conclusion. Kudos to you George and kudos to the PWAOR for have the foresight of hiring such an able-bodied associate.

I really do like this place. Everyone here is friendly and very knowledgeable. They have the best seminars and classes for taking 4 year real estate renewal exam preparation.

Incompetent. Also, phone service is bad. On the phone forever, once held for 20 minutes then got disconnected, called a few more times waiting for awhile before I had to get off the phone because they didn't pick up for awhile.

Good place to consider taking your RE knowledge to another level

Went there for a seminar. Staff was friendly and had a nice training room.

Many agents think your board of Realtors have governmental powers, they do not. They are usually a Corporation or LLC and operate like any for profit business with the emphasis on profit. Many of the boards suppliment their reserves and financial statements with large fines imposed on agents. The board relies on select members to decide on fines. We are not clear if these select members are volunteers or paid for services. Many boards operate with the attitude that they can impose any fine or punishment on agents, regardless of any defense presented.
