Wonderful careing company
Since I have never been in an ambulance, this one was wonderful and very careing company. Went from the hospital in Newport to the heart hospital in Salem. The girl in the ambulance spotted my problem right away. Considering I was having a heart attack, she kept calm and very collected
Wow it's crazy to call people to help and they just dont care I am the customer and have no idea how rick has this job he just has a poor attitude to the patient and the family stood around did not awnswer my questions untill I got angry this man needs to find a job where he has no interaction with people especially people in need of medical care
I was ill, frightened, and alone---in the middle of the night, it was decided I had to be transported from the hospital in Newport, to Corvallis. I had never been in an ambulance before and was scared out of my wits. I had a team of a a lady and a man: the lady was the 'Pilot', and the young man stayed in the back with me. He made sure I was strapped in securely and as comfortable as possible, and hooked up to the cardiac monitoring equipment. He gave me lots of information, which decreased my anxiety, and though he was strapped in for most of the trip, which took over an hour, sat near the head of the gurney and frequently moved to the bench seat next to me. Both individuals were top notch professionals, while being caring and kind at the same time. KUDOS!
Worst company to work for. Near minimum wage for paramedics. Supervisors severely obese and obnoxious. Avoid calling 911 Lincoln County.
