It looks like that Pacific States Aviation usually has schedule problems. My appointment was scheduled at 2:00PM and when I got there on time after driving an hour they said the schedule was at 1:00PM and they would charge me without any rescheduling so I was like making a big purchase without getting anything. This is the worst purchase experience I have ever had in my entire life.
Unfriendly staff who looked at me funny when I walked to inquire when I can go flying. Relunctantly booked me . Felt like I was intruding and unwelcomed. ended up going to Sterling Flight School down the street where I was treated with enthusiasm and made to feel welcome.
Most helpful FBO I ve worked out of. The line crew front desk and management all have worked with us to help get the mission done.
I have now used this FBO twice over the last couple of months. Both experiences were very professional and the staff was certainly helpful by having my plane ready each time when I arrived.
Great FBO, line staff attentive and ready to serve.
This is NOT the flight school, that school is further down the street.
