Good place to stay.. clean and well maintained. Staff speaks English. The restaurant is also good, has vegetarian options also

The front desk and restaurant staff are fluent in English. It is one of the few places in Yuzhno Sakhalinsk when you can pay with AMEX

Everything is great in this hotel. Spacious rooms and walk-showers. The only thing is the bed. There is almost no padding. It feels like a wooden board covered with a thin layer of styrofoam.

Staying at the junior suite. Clean room, nice staff always helpful especially with the kids. Convenient location with supermarket, cafe, restaurants and parks within walking distance.

Good place for a short stay, however breakfast have to improved

Very nice place here in yuzhno. I normally stay at the Rubin but one time I stayed here instead. Theres a nice dining room for breakfast and meals throughout the day. I only stayed one night but the rooms were nice and well kept. Definitely not a bad place to stay and would not mind staying again.

Very good hotel centrally located in Yuzhno-Sakhalin. Rooms are large and comfortable and very functional.

Only minuses during my 4 days / night stay,
- poor WiFi coverage of the room, had to go near the door to get updates on my phone / computer
- water leaking continuously on toilet bowl, had to stop the valve myself to avoid further water waste
- breakfast spread is good BUT starting only at 6:30 a bit late for early working people, 6:00 would have been great

Centrally located and walking distance from restaurants. Staff is very very responsive. Breakfast is good and starts 6:30 am which helps.
