If your Doctor tries to refer you to these idiots tell them you want someone else. They NEVER answer the phone nor do they return any messages or voicemails. We ve (including the Dr & ACC) spent well over a month trying to get hold of them without success so don t waste your time and choose another surgeon who has a proper receptionist!
Cannot speak highly enough of Mark Sherwood and the level of service provided to me by he and his staff.I found Mark to be a highly skilled,compassionate,consummate professional and also very funny and humble.
1st appointment with him was to explain my problem and discuss surgical procedure,all done in a calm and confident manner.next contact was to confirm surgery date ,which was completed without a hitch.
Have just had final follow up appointment and am 100%pain free and have full range of motion .if,for some reason you cant contact his rooms, leave a message,they will get back to you.be a patient patient. You will get the results you want and it will be worth it.
