He educated & walked us through each step of procuring our Home Equity Conversion Mortgage, the new HUD reverse mortgage program. Although he knew at onset that this would be a challenge, he met it like a pro and closed the loan! The thorough research of his team even saved the deal after being given incorrect info from our HOA mgt company!
