What a breeze! And so appropriate as I was purchasing a condo on Maui...Cool ocean breeze, lovely sunsets...but I digress.
First let me say that numbers, legalese and paperwork is NOT my forte. I will admit that the original email Steven sent me looked daunting, but I really wanted to make this purchase and move to my dream location. I opted to just go into the office and meet him. He was so patient, and explained everything. And a BIG shout out to Janelle...she is awesome.
Considering we did all this in a mere 5 weeks, start to finish, and that included Christmas and New Years, I would highly recommend the people at Pacific Home Loans!
