This company gave us the opportunity to settle on Canada. The building that we live, is well maintained, there's care on the way things are done and we see it on a daily basis. The suite we chose is cozy, silent and whenever we need the support from this company we have it.

I had a nice rental with a modern design for an upper half of a house with ocean view. There was a basement suite below me. It was well maintained. They has a few properties available at the time that I was able to view. The property manager met me onsite at the agreed upon time.
4 months into a one year lease and just loving it here. Washing machine broke down... managment was Johnny on the spot replacing it with a brand new LG

Lady was an hour late after telling us to meet her at the coffee shop (Not ever being to nanaimo before you would think she d give a little more info) we waiting at the sign where the address she sent us was PRINTED ON. and never gave us a call or email or anything just assumed that we didn t show up. very poor service and super unprofessional.
Would give zero stars if I could. No one at the office ever answered the phone. They go through property managers like toilet paper and they don't even tell you. Exterior of the building had not even been cleaned the entire time we were there. Zero soundproofing. Hearing upstairs neighbor urinating and flushing toilet while having dinner with family or friends over is a real nice touch. Poor construction and cheap finishes. All sorts of sketchy tenants coming and going. Left because rent kept going up and getting no value for my money? Nothing included in the rent. You pay all you own utilities and nothing was done to improve the building. Greedy SOB's. Renters beware
I have been working with jewel at pacific edge Properites for a few years now and she and the company are awesome to deal with and work for.
They manage and look after their Properites meticulously. If you have a chance to work with or rent from this company you won t be disappointed.

Never got back to me. They said within 24 hours. Sadly really would have liked the help as it is peak season for rentals.
Very unpleasant and will issue noise complaints for children at 9pm. Not family or pet friendly. Will keep your damage deposit and not pay when issued a order through the residential tenancy branch. I had to hire a lawyer. They reapplied after I won the rtb to try win the money back. Definitely not worth the headache. Jewel should just be named Karen because she acts like one. Karley is even worse and lies under oath. Do not rent from them
I rented from this company in 2012 when they were much smaller than they are now.
The building I lived in was brand new so I assumed the owner would be choosy about who he rented to and it would be sound proff.
Wrong on both accounts
They ranted the larger units to groups of young partiers and it was not at all sound proof.
When I complained about the all night parties I was told I was hard to get along with.
Great service, very friendly staff, no issues in the 2 years I ve been renting.
When I moved from another province I dealt with a few different local property management agencies. Pacific Edge was by far the most responsive, professional and friendly to work with. They helped me find a great place to settle and build my new life here. They respond to all of my questions quickly and they take great care of this property. I highly recommend Pacific Edge if you are new (or not so new) to the area.

I was beyond pleased with this company and give them my highest recommendation. I was new to town and found Pacific Edge Properties to be all around fantastic to deal with. From the beginning all the way to the end of our tenancy they were incredibly professional, accommodating and prompt. The Property Manager Jewel in particular was wonderful. Whenever I had a question, she was sure to fully answer it and she did so quickly. The property they rented me was great value for the location and it was a very nicely kept home. You can tell they take pride in their properties and how they conduct business. If I was looking to rent again, or if I had a property that needed management, I would certainly go through them.
