Lady was an hour late after telling us to meet her...

Lady was an hour late after telling us to meet her at the coffee shop (Not ever being to nanaimo before you would think she d give a little more info) we waiting at the sign where the address she sent us was PRINTED ON. and never gave us a call or email or anything just assumed that we didn t show up. very poor service and super unprofessional.
