If you buy your car from here they will keep calling you after six months for upgrading option every week. So annoying

I honestly would not go with any other car rental place in Vancouver, especially if they were cheaper. The service is excellent here, the people working at the counter are exceptional and friendly. Ive never had a problem, its always been smooth sailing!

I was the first to rent their new luxury SUV they had just got in. It was a top of the line 2015 new model Cadillac Escalade. This vehicle was more than expected. It worked wonders for my brothers wedding and I would suggest it to anyone, such a nice Suv!!! Couldn't seem to find an Escalade anywhere in the city, thankfully this place had one! Loved the SUV and the friendly service :-)

I was very happy with the service here, the rental and their communication. They were the only rental place open on a holiday when I really needed a car and were very accommodating and professional.

Pacific Car Rentals is quick, many of the cars have winter tires, and everyone I've dealt with at the counter are always helpful and friendly. I ve rented from them several times and barely had to wait. Good customer service deserves stars.

Had a wonderful experience renting a car here on my second time ever in Vancouver. Very helpful staff, availability of cars with snow and winter tires for excursions north, no push for insurance, very thorough walk around the car to note exterior defects before I drove out. I was even encouraged to take a photo of the check out report for my records. All signs of an honest, helpful, friendly business, which is a rarity in the car rental space. Thank you for making my last full day in town a great one.

Very rude and unhelpful staff! I wish I could give them 0 stars!! Avoid this place! They charge you much more than what they should!!! the staff don't even speak English very well.

Good stuff, good clean cars. Careful to the car, good service. Site works well. Bad - Big $500 deposit.. Expensive cars and pressure to have extra-insurance $30 a day. Too much to me...

Great car rental place. Max was very accomodating with the last minute changes and found us a replacement vehicle in a short time span. Highly recommended!

We planned to go to Whistler, but didn't reserve a car with snow tires. They look the weather forecast and road condition for us. And it was snowing there, so they advice a car with snow tires. I was surprise of the selection of cars with winter tires.

Great service from start to finish. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Booked last minute. They accepted an Irish debit card without a hiccup. The car was spotless. Very reasonably priced. No hidden charges. Highly recommend.

Very poor experience. We have been here twice and will not return after our last experience. Very poor customer service. The girl that served us was clearly hung over and came in late. It took them almost an hour to give us our car, did not communicate with us as to why it was taking so long, just said "he's bringing it right down" (we were told this 3 times). Turns out they were cleaning the car, I feel the car should have been clean and ready when we got there. We requested an 8am pick up because we had a long drive and needed to get to our destination at a specific time. We ended up being 45 mins late to our destination because of they didn't have the car ready for us. The customer service of the owner/manager was terrible, was not apologetic at all for taking so long to get us the car, was annoyed when we asked for help setting up the bluetooth. The car's air conditioning wasn't working properly and it was a 30 degree day. Then when we return the car and got the bill they said it was $20 for an extra driver when we were told it was only $10 in the office. We do not recommend using this car rental.

Terrific Pacific! I have been renting with the company for a year and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. They gave me the vehicle flexibility that I needed, as well as offering airport pick-up and drop off. I would not hesitate to rent with them again.

We rented a 15 pass van from PCR. We got a newer Ford van that drove pretty good. Pickup and dropoff were efficient. Close enough to Canada Place that you can walk it. Convenient downtown location.

We rented a car for a couple days in Vancouver and recommend this car rental. Easy check in and the girl at the front was very nice and helped us get the right car. We even got to park the car in the lot there over night which was handy for us to pick up the car at anytime of day. Both guys who showed us the cars were great and got us on our way fast checking the car in and out. Thanks so much and it is a pleasure to recommend a company like yours to others looking for a rental car in Vancouver.

Very helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to help me out when I needed to rent a larger car at short notice and also when I needed to add another driver on due to an injury. Nice selection of vehicles too.

Absolutely great service and the car we rented was amazing! Pacific car rentals worked with us to find a best fit for a group of 8. We ended up having Honda Odyssey which was really clean and smelled nice inside. All staffs are very welcoming and friendly. I would certainly recommend Pacific Car Rentals to others and I ll surely come back again. By the way, it s also nice that this company works long hours during the day and every day. Thanks a lot!

My name is darren i have been using pacific car rentals for about the last 3 months tbey have been so patient with me and always worked with me in regards to payments where as most car rental compaines would have just pulled the plug pacific worked with me at a time in my life thats was beyond crazy so yes i recomend pacific car rental company you cant go wrong with them.

Forget about even saying this is the WORST car rental place ever, NO ONE should even step foot in that place. If I could leave a 0 Star review, I would. EVERYONE please be aware!! The people that work here, (especially Raquel and Zan) will stoop to their lowest to get money out of you.

Pacific car rentals for a couple of years now, and I wouldn t go anywhere else. For a number of reasons, unbeatable service. they give great friendly service and make it easy and smooth to reserve with them. The cars are great and reasonably priced, I would even say great rate if you stay within 300km a day. The guys and gal there are also quite accommodating and even helped me find a solution when I had an issue with my cc. Great experience every time. I recommend to rent from them for sure.
