Terrible customer service, bought a product online...

Terrible customer service, bought a product online - they gave me the wrong one AND I had to pay for shipping to return...

I bought a product online and went for in store pickup, didn't realize the product was not the same as the one listed online until I got home. When I contacted them for a return, I didn't get a message back for 2 days and had to issue the refund via Paypal.

Their customer service did NOT offer any option to reimburse shipping and insisted I drop off at their location (my work hours conflicted with their business hours, and I already had plans over the weekend). Only AFTER I shipped the product back did they offer a courier to pick up the product??

Basically I got scammed... Paid shipping for nothing....

I purchased a snowboard just a couple of days ago. Steve was so knowledgeable and helpful he explained everything so well. Also, Hector was so helpful and friendly while setting up my binding. I am very satisfied with their customer service.

Great, friendly service by Kyle and Joevan ( ie: Jeven). After 8 yrs of snowboarding absence,. bought some used gear and had to get my speed lace fixed, along with setting up my board. First, let me just say I don't fit within the traditional age snowboarder demographic. However, both of them made me feel welcomed, were professional and patient. Second, they fixed up my board ( not overselling), and my speed lacing ( twice) - all for a great price. In short, they made it "cool" for me - and would totally recommend a visit.

Everything was great until we checked out, one of the cashier acting like he didn t really want to work there. His attitude made the whole good experience at the store gone! Definitely won t go back and not recommend. If not happy to work then just stay at home then! So ridiculous!

It was a pleasant experience to shop at the store where the employees provided professional service, but it was frustrating to go back home and realize they forgot to remove the item lock on my gloves. The alarm didn't ring when I left either.
I understand it's a minor mistake and happens all the time, but many customers including myself come to the store from all over the city, and I happened to be extra unlucky because I live in White Rock, and it makes no sense to go back just to remove the lock (especially if I have to line up for like an hour again). I tried a few local stores but none of them could unlock it because they use different ones. It would've been a great shopping experience, and I recommend everyone to double check their purchases before leaving.

Extremely knowledgeable staff, extremely HELPFUL staff. Any time I ve ever had an issue with products I ve purchased, they re so great with helping with warranty issues etc... what else can you hope for? It s hands down my go-to shop. Thank you pacific boarder team you guys rock.
