Souk madinat is must recommended place to visit in UAE.
The boutique shops, art galleries and ambience of this place is superb.

Wonderful place which brings the beautiful fairytale atmosphere of Arabic lifestyle in a nice cozy modern blend environment.
Small streets to room arround with plenty of shops that mimic the ones in traditional Arabic souqs or fashion brands stores, cafes, tea houses and modern cuisine restaurants.
After the shopping session you can have a delicious lunch or dinner, overlooking the breathtaking views of the Madinat Jumeirah resort and Burj Al Arab
Definitely recommended to enjoy a tour of the resort as well in a traditional Abra which you can take from the souq station, right next to Toscana Restaurant.

Wow. Incredibly beautiful. Incredibly expensive. LOL. But the architecture of the Arab type representing an old Bazaar is what is most appreciated here. Going out on the terraces and seeing the Burj Al Arab between the roofs, with boats strolling in canals is unmatched.

make sure you know how to get around a maze otherwise you will get lost here

Good looking but for tourists considering price of items

Very touristy but very nice souk to run over it. Great for a short 1-2std trip. The sellers are relatively unobtrusive. Price performance is not right at all. A small ice cream 5, a portion (bad) chips and falafel each 7-9 .

One of the areas of unique shopping experience in Dubai. Parking slots are very small especially for big 4 wheelers which makes next visit a question.

This place is well maintained. The shops are intended for tourists straight off the busses that bring hundreds (or maybe more) of them there each day and this is reflected in the pricing. There remain a few good restaurants and shops there but most are out to gouge the tourist dollar. The pubs are good as they are anywhere but maybe a little better because of the good building maintenance.
Get there early if you're driving because parking is always a problem.

Very good souk, has a very good view of Burj Al Arab, and the food area next to the river is very cute
