Cambridge court. 3 service requests since Mar 28. Plenty of phone calls. Noone has come by to fix it. The maintenance number they give is a number to a car dealership. At this point I want to end my lease and sue for last months rent

I have put in several maintenance request for them to fix my tub my electric outlets since last year no one comes i have mold all around my tub . Also have sent pics of my tub with mold to them nothing happens this is ridiculous but yet yall want yall rent on time this is a very sorry place especially when ur maintenance request are not up to fixing no ones stuff..
Viewing this property last year back in August when my lease was coming to an end I got the worse customer service every. It was like they didn't know their product or just did not want to lease to me and my family. I call the property today looking for a 3 bedroom again and was told by Alex that she didn't have a 3 available but when she do they lease for $***.00 per month. I was informed about thing that I didn't ask then I was offer a virtual tour of the property. Ms. Alex then asked me to visit their website to complete and application for the waiting list and she explained the waiting list process to me. To the managing team I commend you on the TRAINING OF YOUR STAFF. This is for the Staff at VILLAS BY THE PARK
