Not once have they managed to get the car fixed/serviced without reclamation, two or even three. Their fault repair proces is more of a crystal ball projection then serious deductive conclusion and, God forbid, service manual and documentation consulting.

Shame on the service, in 2018 I took over the car CHEVROLET EPICA 2011, from my father at about 120,000 km, which until then was regularly "serviced" in the psc. The last service in the psc was charged 9000 kn, only they know what was done on the car for 9000 kn. At 145,000 km my automatic transmission went, and the gentleman I drove the car showed me that the automatic transmission was not serviced at all and the original filter is in the transmission and they did not even touch it, now the cost of repair is 9600 kuna. And the transmission is serviced every 60,000 km. There are bills and all, but unfortunately I have neither the money nor the time to legally compete with them. So much for psc service. Shame...

I went to the master, the last bill from the psc says that the half-axle cuff was changed, and the man showed me that it is not touched, it is factory-fitted, the timing belt that should have been changed after 5 years or 160,000 km depends on which comes first, it is not touched, and was to be changed under warranty. Also, as it is written below that someone will respond, no one responded, you are a mere disgrace and thieves. Ugh!

Here's how we went.

In the 10th month In 2017, we came to the service. And we liked the Opel Crossland X. We did a test drive and thought about buying it.

At the urging of a saleswoman in PSC Osijek, we decided to wait for the 1st month. 2018. 24h Opel due to the large crowd in Crossland orders and the long wait for delivery. The recommendation was: "by the 1st month, they will be in production and will open new plants, so they will be produced faster and the delivery time will be shorter.

We arrive in the 1st month. order a car with a ready offer, we wait 4 hours even though there were not some people in the salon. And the first question was how long we would wait for delivery. That same saleswoman has been telling us for 3 months.

After entering our finished offer / wishes into the computer, we receive information that the production of our desired car will start only in the 2nd quarter of 2018. So maybe in the 4th month, and maybe at the end of the 6th month.
We wondered if we wanted to wait that long (so we don t buy Rim ev s super fast car), we decided to order and wait.

Less than a month has passed since we received the first call: "you know what was in the package - the roof in one color, the rest in another - is no longer in the package. pays. " The Opel factory reserves the right to change the prices of the package, but also the content (it is written in small letters).

We agreed to that as well. And those important 8000kn discount melted away (discount from Opel's 24h). Because this is additionally charged plus that now the price of the car has exceeded 150 000kn, so there is a higher tax.

But the story doesn't stop there.
When asked when our car starts production, he says he will let us know as soon as he finds out.

In the 4th month the husband calls to ask about the payment and whether the car went into production no. The system says that the delivery will be between 08.06.2018. I 06/20/2018 And at the end of the 5th month. call for payment arrangements.

In the 5th month calls her husband again. Unfortunately, the car has not yet started production. The new delivery deadline is at the end of the 7th month. 2018 (which is in those 180 promised days). Then the husband gets in touch with the general representative of Opel for Croatia, where they kindly offer to help and ask for a Job Number, which must be written in the contract. We understand that the Job Number is not entered. We call a lady who assures us that we don't need it and that everything is fine with the order.

The lady calls at the beginning of July and says that we will not get our desired car even at the end of July. because that engine is no longer produced. We can take a stronger engine and pay an additional 6000kn. And wait until 15.09. 2018. Or if we really want that, then it will enter production only in the first quarter of 2019.

Well done, gentlemen from Opel, congratulations!

I wrote this as a comment 2 weeks ago on Opel s Facebook page. After that, we are called by the same crying lady who delayed us for months to delete my negative comment because she is threatened with dismissal. And that they will agree on the configuration of a new better car for approximately the same price, which is already in production, and delivery would be in the middle of August.

It took us a while to think. We were in an unenviable situation. Because of the anatomical seats wherever elsewhere they decide at any time, they would wait 3-4 months. We had already inquired. They could only buy what is in stock.

Let's opt for this new better car, with a delivery deadline of mid-8 months. and yesterday 07/18/2018. calls the same lady and assures us that due to the overhaul of the Opel factory there will be nothing from the car until the middle of the 9th month. 2018. And it also offers us their car as a replacement if our registration and insurance of our current car expires. And it expires at the beginning of the 10th month. and he knows that for sure because we were in service in the 10th month. 2017. Kads we wanted to buy a car for the first time.

After that, I call the general representative of Opel for Croatia with the question that we are interested in the stage of our desired car. I read the Job Number and we get the information that 2 numbers are missing.
