On Thursday I phoned to get an ambulance on Monday...
On Thursday I phoned to get an ambulance on Monday morning on behalf of my mother who needs an urgent ultrasound.
I answered a person who very kindly found me a means for the pre-established morning, excellent, I thought; then a telephone number is subsequently requested to be contacted for final confirmation.
In place, you think, no, because not only I was not contacted but when I called back for explanations I was told that I had never made that reservation call before.
They ask me to wait for a subsequent call that naturally never arrived.
Shame!
Were a booking for a pizzeria I would understand, oh well I look for another but these are serious situations, it is not easy to find a means of transport from Friday afternoon to Monday morning.
