Absolutely the best experience despite dealing wit...

Absolutely the best experience despite dealing with Covid times. Our sales person Simon made our purchase so seamless. Matt ensured we got a trade in amount that was fair and what we hoped for and worked well within our budget. Worth the 3 hour drive to London! Not to mentioned our new 2500 Longhorn might be nicer looking that my new BMW! We will be back and HIGHLY recommend Oxford Dodge to anyone.

The day after our tire changes, one of the cars developed electrical problems and it would not start. Even the remote door locks would not work. A service call to CAA resulted in a diagnosis that the alternator was on the fritz - tow it to Oxford Dodge. Due to some misunderstandings with the service folks, the CAA diagnosis did not get relayed and they could not find anything wrong. As I was driving it off the lot, the symptoms re-appeared and I took it right back in. Acknowledging the error, the service adviser made some compromises and everything worked out - the alternator was replaced and I got the car back the next day.

Buying new 2020 Dodge Durango was a pleasure dealing with our salesman Yasser very informative well mannered down to earth honest patient person, making our transaction a smooth ride. My hat goes off to the Service Advisor Shawn for his understanding and know how. Also a special thankyou toNew car Sales Manager Geoff and service Manager Dan for fixing the problem steming from day one with my vehicle following through until it was fixed at 4000 kms. My service advisor, Darryl is always knowledgeable...

My service advisor, Darryl is always knowledgeable, respectful and pleasant when I bring my car in and this time was the same. The only reason I gave the experience 4 stars instead of 5 is because the staff member at the desk where I paid told me that my car was just being washed and would be up shortly. The car was not washed - not a big deal but a little disappointing. I noticed another customer was told the same thing and his was not washed either. It may have been a miscommunication.

Deborah was so helpful and found us exactly what we needed plus more, all within our budget. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in every area. She was very trustworthy too. We are very happy with our purchase.

I bought a Ram 1500 classic in June. I was very happy with the sales process overall, however I had an issue afterwards. The dealership installed an after market lock for the tailgate to prevent theft on the lot, but I was not aware of this and the device came loose and caused damage to my tailgate. I returned and explained the issue and they agreed to repair the damage, however that was many months and multiple visits in person ago. I was assured I would hear from someone upon every visit, but have yet to hear from anyone. I would kindly adjust my review should anyone contact me and agree to repair the damage, but this has not happened yet, and I first reported the issue in August. Every time I try to make contact the the person in charge of seeing this through "is on vacation". Not impressed.

As I have never bought a new car before and I thought the process would be intimidating. I was wrong! The staff, in particular Robert, was very informative and spoke to me in a language I could understand. I feel that I have come out the experience not only with a new vehicle that I am so happy about, but a lot of knowledge about vehicles that I never knew before. Thank-you Oxford Dodge team for your patience, understanding and humour. I would recommend your services to anyone looking for a new vehicle, in particular, those who have never purchased a new vehicle before!

Had my car repaired at the body shop (scratch on my door). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Car was returned cleaned and fixed beautifully. They even fixed a dent that wasn't covered under my insurance for free. Highly recommend and will return.

Where to start? First called to inquire about my G...

Where to start? First called to inquire about my Grand Cherokee service records and asked what I would be due for at 80k kms as I have been hearing ads and seeing the Oxford Dodge ads on internet. Being from north london I thought lets try Oxford out. First time calling got hung up on and then the same person picked up after having to call back got Krissy or Christine (cant recall the name fully) and she was completely unhelpful seemingly trying to avoid taking my call and attempted to transfer me to a service advisor to find out what was due and the cost but once again was hung up on. Gave up and called another Chrysler Dealer in London. Wife called to dealership a few week later inquiring about trade in and she said she was able to get hold of a sales person (Bob or Rob) from what she recalls and he was polite and asked her to come on by to get an appraisal when she stated that she was quite busy but would like to email him a few vehicles she would be interested in test driving he told her "I prefer not to use email". Huh? A brand smacking new dealership with all the bell and whistles and you dont use email? Needless to say we will not being doing any business with Oxford. More than willing to look past 1 bad experience but to follow that up with an equally disappointing 2nd encounter and we are done.

Al the sales person was great! He found just the right vehicle to suit my needs. They have a huge inventory..so much to choose from. The business office was fantastic too. Helped me get all my papers signed and made sure I understood everything. Now my husband wants to trade in his car! Very professional A+ business. I picked the red one!!

Disgraceful Customer Service!!!!! I did not authorize an emisions recall to be completed as it effects performance and fuel economy. I had specifically told the dealership both in December and in March that I did not want the reprogramming to be done. The dealer did it while at the dealership for another issue. I was told that it was not completed, but I noticed a difference in performance. I put a complaint in to Fiat Chrysler who today confirmed that the dealership had done the reprogramming. What an absolute disgrace Dave from the service department is as he unabashedly lied to me. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!

For a couple of times I had to come to this location for repairs because their mechanics fix problems the other Jeep dealers couldn't. The shuttle service is very good.
I came back for some maintenance work and Dave was wonderful! He's friendly and the service was excellent. I'm also very impressed with the new facility.

I had brake lights stuck on on my PT Cruiser. They would obviously kill the battery if left like that. I managed to get them off and phone Oxford Dodge to order a new brake light switch. Parts guy was nice and said he would have the part there the next morning.
I then called Service and explained my problem and that I had ordered the switch from them. The service advisor condescending asked why I thought it was the brake light switch (it was of course). She offered me an appointment a WEEK down the road for the 2 minute repair. I said I obviously had to get the repair done sooner than that as it would likely kill my battery.
Next morning my battery was dead. I had it jumped and headed to the Parts department to pick up the switch.
Suddenly they had no record of me ordering the part and told me I could drive across town as another dealer had one. I asked to speak the Parts guy who was so good the day before. His reply was that he had a note about me and the part but it wasn't ordered and offered no explanation or apology. I drove across town got the switch had it installed by an independent repair shop on the spot (for nothing as it was a two minute job). Problem solved.
You judge that customer service experience at Oxford Dodge. I know I won't be going back there.

Added after Owner Reply:
Owner claims they offered to go get the part for us. They did not. Parts just printed a sheet with the part number on it, said Finch had it handed it to us. The song remains the same....

The idea of the fast lane oil change with no appointment seemed like a great idea. It s not. Every time I ve come my wait gets longer and longer. The last time I was there, they serviced two vehicles that came in after mine before mine was even touched. Apparently you need to complain and say you only have a half hour. If you do that you get serviced right away. I waited over an hour and a half for an oil change. Not impressed and not the first time.

Purchased new Jeep Wrangler from Oxford Dodge. I dealt with Craig Herron in Sales and Bob Lanteigne in Finance. Both gents were straight shooters, no BS and the process was pretty seamless. I would definitely deal with them again and recommend to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

We usually have a good experience when we come here - but we had to wait a longer amount of time the other day in the "express" line and we had to keep moving back and fourth to get out of the way for people honking at us. When we did get in, it was quick and we always get a car wash which is nice.

So far its been pretty good --- I have yet to take my vehicle for a full service but for the things I have needed for my vehicle, they have either in stock or advice on how to/where to get. Im sure I will need an oil change at some point or breaks checked and what not so will update from there. Generally i look for the price quoted, price received, the work order remaining the same work order i signed and my before pictures look the same as what they want me to replace if something needs replacing so it will be a thorough review come time to edit

I always enjoy looking at the used vehicles --- its nice to see that they actually put them all on their website ( a lot of the times you have to go into the dealer to ask about off-site deals). They all looked clean, and the pictures online reflected what they had (minus the snow )

Can be difficult sometimes turning left into the dealership as its a busy road --- if too long, there is a light slightly further up you can do a loop around. This has been quicker sometimes as the person waiting to turn left i still see waiting as i make my turn into the dealership

I might have been able to leave a better review if...

I might have been able to leave a better review if I'd had a different sales person. One who didn't seem to realize that his mannerisms (rudeness) may not be appreciated by someone who's about to lay down $20,000.
It may not be that much for some people but to me that's a lot of money and if I'd not been so keen on the vehicle I'd have told him to pound salt.
2 free oil changes came with the sale of the vehicle but I've no interest in going back for them or anything else ever again all because of that one person.

I had my vehicle towed in because my alternator shorted out " it was covered by recal"
Service was excellent
However I was told I would be contacted to discuss covering my tow due to the recal part causing my car to break down
I've written 3 emails to the service person I spoke with about this over the course of the last 3 days and have not received the phone call I was promised or even as much as an email acknowledging my concerns

A couple of weeks ago I noticed the rear tire on my Chrysler 200 was quickly leaking air and I needed it taken care of as soon as possible. I was able to bring my car in right away to Oxford Dodge Chrysler and have it looked at about a half hour after calling in. I was conveniently shuttled home and picked back up after it was done (took just under an hour!) The service was outstanding and as a first time customer, I am so happy I decided to pop in there! I am looking forward to the new location coming in the new year, and definitely will be sharing my good words about this place!! Thanks again :)

I have already told a few of my friends that this was by far the best vehicle-buying experience I have ever had (and my hubby and I buy a lot of vehicles!).
I cannot say enough about Deb as a salesperson - she was very informative, seemed to have a vast knowledge of the Jeep lineup, and each time during the process I reached out to her, she would either pick up the phone or call/email me back immediately.
The next time we need a new vehicle, Deb will be who I call!

Oxford Dodge has always made any problems right just some of the Dodge warranty processes aren't what they used to be. It went from the customer is always right to you have to show us the vehicle having the issue which is a little hard when it may be intermittent.

After purchasing my last two vehicles at oxford dodge and purchasing the extended gold plans for both I was extremely disappointed with my last experience with the new dealership policy and service dept this morning . I called this morning to get my Journey in for warranty work. I purchased the extended gold plan that covers me for a rental/loaner vehicle while mine is in for said warranty work. I was told that I had to pay $25 out of pocket for the first day for the loaner vehicle. I explained that I had coverage through my gold plan and was told this was an over and above cost. This did not make any sense to me and I have not been charged in the last 10 years for this while in for warranty work. I asked the service dept to waive the fee for the above stated reasons. He said they can't but would ask his manager and get back to me at 8:30 am. I did not hear back . I called London City Chrysler and explained my situation and asked about the fee . The said they had never heard of such a charge and that since I had the extended coverage, they would take care of everything . Which they did. I work in a very busy medical clinic and have spoken well of oxford dodge until now. Its a shame that a multi million dollar dealership would lose loyal customers by nickel and diming them to pay over and above for coverage that they already have. Very sad .

My response to the owners response below is that I was told regardless of whether your tech determined that is was covered in the warranty work, I would still be responsible to pay the first day rental fee of $25, no matter what. As per dealership policy. This is a petty gouge that London City Chrysler did not charge me and couldn't understand why any dealership would.

I saw an attractive used Jeep on Auto Trader at Oxford Dodge... low kms, fair price. When you see the right deal, here's my suggestion to jump on it, which is exactly what I did at Oxford Dodge after work the day I saw it. Met Keith, he brought the vehicle around for a test drive and to get my existing ride assessed for trade, probably within an hour I was good to go with no hard sales pitch over to the finance department where I was linked up with Mike. Guys stayed around a few minutes after close to get ' er done for me, sure the actual "delivery" process is a couple days later as you'd expect, but overall I'd say a quick / painless experience, just wanted a car as opposed to a hassle. Would deal again and recommend without reservation!

We had a fantastic experience buying thru Oxford Dodge. Yasser was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The entire purchasing process was very smooth.
We were especially pleased that both Yasser and Eric Lennox(finance) were neither forcefull or aggressive. This was an important factor when making our final purchase.
We will highly recommend Oxford Dodge to Family and Friends.
We also want to thank Mr.Ham(forgot first name sorry) the lot attendant for letting us view a vehicle he was moving and asking if we would like some help from sales.

The single worst experience I've ever had at a dealership ever. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. Ended up walking out. Go somewhere else really anywhere else.

Asked to test drive a used jeep grand Cherokee srt (not the track hawk) was told first that I probably couldn't afford it. Then was told I need to put a 500$ deposit to test drive a 50000 used vehicle??I said no problem. Then manager came over and said "not everyday we get a 19 year old wanting to test drive a jeep cherokee srt". I'm 23 years old and found this an extremely offensive comment. I went over to another jeep dealer and test drove the same vehicle no deposit no harassment nothing. Just don't deal with these people at oxford dodge, you will regret just stepping in the door.

I inquired about a vehicle at this dealership that was listed on Facebook Marketplace several times which I did receive a response from someone indicating that a sales rep would reach out to me shortly. This was about a month ago and I'm still waiting for someone to reach out to me ! Not sure if this is a result of a communication breakdown or a reflection of poor customer service. I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt !

Went with my friend as he's looking for a dodge RAM, and not a single person acknowledge us, we were serious buyers.. and at least 4 sales Representatives walked by us and not a single person even said Hi, not even the receptionist. There was even this one sales rep who was eating his lays chips and looking straight up and not a word. Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life, no wonder there were no customers there. Horrible! Never felt so disrespected in my life!

I took my car in for a Saturday morning appointment and it was an extremely pleasant experience. Dwayne was ready for me and it only took a matter of minutes to do the hand-off. I returned an hour and a half later as planned and it was washed and ready to go. I understand that the service department is very busy but Dwayne and his team were streamlined and organized and met the time commitment. I was very impressed with Dwayne and the whole Oxford Dodge Service Team. Thanks!

This place was great! The subframe on my 09 Caliber corroded prematurely and I was sure that I was going to have a tough time getting a replacement. I was wrong. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, everything was so easy. I dropped my car off in the morning and took their shuttle home, and it was ready by the end of the day without spending a cent. Even noticed when I pulled in that my tire pressure light was on, and it was off when I got my car back. Really happy with the service I received.

Took my Chrysler 2016 200c there because ever winter it starts hard and they said it cost $100 to hook a computer up to it, ok I paid it. Couldn t find anything so they ask me to leave it over night. Next day still couldn t find anything wrong and put a $230 bill in front of me. I ask what is that for and I told him I won t pay it, no parts were pitched and did not resolved the problem. Service guy turned around without dispute and printed another bill for $0 and said the dealership will take care of it. I said take care of what, you didn t do anything. They had no problem sending me on my way with not fixing my car and trying to take my money if I didn t dispute it.
