Very good food, and excellent service. Friendly and polite waitresses. I'll always come here for a decent meal. The biscuits and gravy are my favorite. Not too spendy but delicious. Thank you Owl Club Staff. We appreciate the hard work and efforts.

After a very unpleasant experience at the colt casino I was deffinatly caught by surprise at the amazing atmosphere and attitude of the employees at the Owl Club. Thanks to their amazing service and and outstanding treatment I am cutting my stay short at the roadway in next to the colt and will now be staying by the Owl club. Really makes you wonder how many more people have been scared away from the the roadway hotel due to the horrible experiences at the colt. If I were the roadway I would deffinatly be having a chat with my neighboring buisness owner at the colt. As because of the colt, roadway now has one less room rented rented out.
Food is decent. Service is always good. Even just gambling, staff is very friendly and is a nice environment for families to eat, and friends to gamble or watch games.
Not a lot of options for eating in Battle Mountain. The Owl is a little cafe in a casino. This is one of your better options in town.

Much better this visit. The carpet in the Miners room has been cleaned and was no longer sticky. Food was 8/10 and service was 6/10... she was very friendly but not very attentive. Definitely will go back. If you're looking for kid friendly, I would suggest the Miners room half because the rest of the building is flooded with cigarette smoke--Nevada needs to get up to speed and make indoor smoking illegal.
Amazing..stopped in going to Reno and on the way back. Salad bar was great filled with just about every thing you need for a delicious salad. All meals were great prices and our waitress Trina was the best!
The food was good, the service was excellent, bathrooms very clean, overall decor and freshness a bit dated, but it's a perfect lunch stop between Reno and SLC.

Rooms were not clean and curtains and bed covers had cigarette burns. Did not sleep well because we did not feel safe. The free hot breakfast they offer is only for one person not the amount of people that stay in the room. The restaurant is over priced, we had one chicken sandwich, one order of chicken tenders, one adult salad and two child salads and it was over $50.00.
Stopped in for dinner. The staff were super friendly and personable. Ordered the French Dip sandwich. It was very delicious but skimpy on the meat. I would totally eat their again.
They were there with western union opened at 11:30pm. I was stranded and needed money to get home. My mom was able to send me money late at night. Thank you.

Their bbq bacon cheeseburger was delicious. You wouldn't expect it from a casino restaurant. At least not from one that can be categorized as having had its heyday before the interstate was built and fuel efficient cars became the norm. It is a stop worth taking especially if you want to get a sense of what it was like back in the days.
The Owl Club restaurant serves pretty good food at a decent price. The service is almost always great.

Great prices and the people are so nice. Don't let the place fool you because I was skeptical, but when we got inside the young man who tended to us made us feel right at home. Let me tell you the food was delicious and the portions are out of this world. So big that half will fill you. Great place to eat.
Stopped in for my favorite burger. The "Fire Burger" Better than I remember. I had this years ago and started making my burgers the same way. If you haven't tried this burger, you should. Nice and spicy. Also, always great customer service. That is rare these days.

Driving through rural Nevada, we stopped at this restaurant purely by chance. We were very pleasantly surprised by the SUPER quick service (food came out in under 15 minutes), authentic and friendly server, and impressively good food. We had the special (a burger with beer cheese, bacon, and grilled onions on a pretzel bun) with garlic fries. It was better than it needed to be. As others have said, this place would do well even in a big city.
