I have to share an amazing experience from yesterday. I was in Indianapolis on business and wanted to visit a Klipsch museum or showroom, as I'm a huge fan, and product owner in need of more speakers. I blindly followed Google-Maps to the corporate offices where the very kind woman at the front desk, Linda, apologized for not having anything for public access, but directed me to a premier local dealer, Ovation Audio + Video. I immediately headed a couple miles down the highway to Ovation where I was promptly greeted by "Chris". He was proficient in answering my questions and and then gave me the theater "experience" to have me listen to the Atmos speakers I am looking to purchase. LIFE CHANGING AUDIO EXPERIENCE!! If someone isn't sure this is what they NEED, go to Ovation to check out the demo room. It is a mind blowing experience!!! Chris offered to put together my shopping list of all the components I need to order to finish my home theater in the next month or two and offered to drop ship them to me. Upon completing the paperwork, I asked for his card (assuming sales guys work on commission). Chris smirked a little and handed me his card. It read, "Chris Cruzan - President". He's the kind of guy I will do business with whenever possible. He has earned my business at Ovation and has elevated my already high opinion of Klipsch. He wrapped up our encounter by offering to take me to another listening room to hear the Heritage horn speakers. WOW! Goosebumps and my mouth hanging open. Incredible experience! I could not be more pleased with Ovation Audio + Video and Klipsch!!!! I rate both an 11 out of 10.

I called to ask a question about home audio and car. I was trying to set up 20yr anniversary gift for my spouse, the guy who answered was rude. He treated me like I was a child, like I should know the answer. My friends recommended them because of their husbands praise, but I don't know why anyone would praise such ignorance. Do you?

Recently purchased a Tributaries Digital Coaxial Audio cable as a replacement for a Audio Quest already in use. Chris Cruzan and Kasey Cookery couldn't have been more knowledgeable or professional in my purchase. Myself not being new to the world of A/V finds that Ovation consistently delivers outstanding customer service. It's nice to see that there are still companies that support and service the Hard Core Audiophile's!!

If you ever go here, listen to the Klipsch corner horns. They're amazing. The staff is friendly and the place is loaded with wonderful speakers.

I went in just to window shop and they were more than helpful in answering my questions and showing me new products.

I can't encourage you enough, to pay a visit to this visual, aural paradise.Recently, I visited Ovation Audio, in search of a solution to our many listening sources, and was contemplating a new set of speakers. Chris took so much time and care with me while I was explaining my concerns, and offered several solutions. I ended up purchasing an affordable, killer amplifier that works with our system and improved the sound remarkably. Even the speakers I am replacing sounded revitalized- more powerful and rich. I promise, there is so much to look at, killer vintage pin ball machines ( you can play them!), jukeboxes, 8 k Video screens..... that you will want to make a return visit... These guys know their craft and service. It's a beautiful large showroom, and safe practices are enforced. It's going to be a long, cold winter- this is the place to make your house as wonderful as can be!

This place blows Bestbuy out of the water. They have everything for your audio video needs. From basic stereo to ultra highend theatre.

Wow. This place is seriously incredible! Hands down, some of the most experienced audiophiles I ve ever met! They helped me put together an outstanding setup in my price range and it s been a joy to listen to. I can t wait to go back and be a part of the events they host!

Just can't say enough about these guys. Specifically Mike and Chris have been second to none in my experience with high end audio. Frankly I'm a bit of pain in the arse with my finicky quirks about audio. They have always been patient and will work with you to ensure you have a system that is right for you. Straight shooters. Most importantly they LOVE audio and will talk about vinyl /gear for hours. If you have some older off the main path vinyl bring it in. They'll love ya for sharing it. Grateful we have a shop like this in Indy. Can't find anything else like it in the state or over 200 miles. Looking forward to the next upgrade in 2018 (much to the chagrin of my wife ;P )

I went in looking for some high end headphones
Mike show me the Klipsch HR-3 headphones. They are the best headphones ever. From the packaging to the comfort I love them. Mike is so helpful and knowledgeable he allowed me to try several sets of headphones. The choice was easy. It was a great experience

They were very helpful, professional and answered all my questions without getting annoyed. Thank you for the professionalism and honesty.

Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful while he gave me a tour of their new showroom. I am so happy to see Ovation reorganizing. I grew up with Ovation in southern Indiana and I have them to thank for introducing me to quality audio equipment. I initially stopped in to just see their selection of turntables, but I was mesmerized by the amount and quality of all of the audio gear they carry from analog to digital. Making time to demo the gear that you are considering is an important part of choosing your gear. Ovation understands this and their showroom is designed around this philosophy. If you are interested in quality audio or video gear treat yourself to a visit to Ovation!

In Indy for a work trip and stumbled across this place. Excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The Klipsch demo room is a piece of heaven on earth. If you leave without a smile on your face, well...you're impossible to please.

Staff is unaware of their brands and current technology. Rude when questioned about recent model, so i took my business elsewhere.

If you want hounded about buying an extended warranty, just go to Worst Buy!! If you want actual knowledgable people, pay these guys a visit!!

Brad, long time Ovation's employee, provided expert advice and helped us determine what new equipment we needed and what existing equipment we could use for our home stereo and video. Their installation was on time and completed as scheduled. When we had follow up questions, Brad made sure everything was addressed. I loved being able to email him and he responded promptly! Recommend you use this long time local company!!

Mike has been excellent to work with. Great quality. Patient as we worked thru the decision process. We are lucky to have a shop like this in Indy.

Best audio/video shop around. Extremely knowledgeable staff, with very comparable pricing for only the best equipment on the market. Purchased a Denon Reciever and Klipsh Reference surround sound system. They have also done an excellent job handling any issues I have had with my system. Feel free to give them a call for questions, as they are always willing to help. If you are looking for home or car install, and are considering say Sound Sational or Best Buy, I would highly recommend you reconsider, for the professional jobs, visit the professionals at Ovation.
