I have sent multiple follow-up emails and received no replies. I was informed that a representative (Trinayan) tried to contact me, but I want to state this clearly and factually: I have received no calls, messages, missed calls, or emails whatsoever. Claiming attempted contact without evidence is misleading. At this point, the issue is no longer about coordination—it’s about accountability and basic professional responsibility. I expect immediate contact and clear documentation of any alleged communication attempts. Continued silence or misrepresentation leaves me with no choice but to formally escalate this matter.
