Phone system is completely automated and cannot get a live human on the phone.

Really bad attitude, the treat truck drivers like crap. If you have to pick up a load from this location get ready to spend here 4-5 hours at least

65 trucks in the lane, before me!!!! Are you serious???!!!

Don't get appointment at 6pm if you don't want to wait...

Never coming back here again!!! Took them too long for me to get loaded.

Fast In and Out Loading..Open 24/7 ..OUTOKUMPU is located in AM/NS..May be park overnight..

Can get through the phone prompts waste of time calling

Had a fast easy unload here...no problems at all and all folks were helpful and courteous

5 horu load time. No overnight parking and few truck stops close. Be prepared to run over clock

Have tried to call both numbers they have listed and unable to make contact with their main office.

I come here every week for the last 3 years. Never have a problem. Nice people an they are very fast. No over night parking but try pilot, the purple cow, loves in prichard, an there is a truck stop next to superior carriers.

Very slow and disorganized. Wait times to load are too high after getting checked in - then the employees are very rude and telling you to pull out without securing the load because you are holding them up ... but safety is their primary concern, right?

Truck driver try to avoid this place or you will have to wait couple hours. They are working very slow. Lazy as.

It's a very busy place,organized and they ffg follow government and company rules,
I don't understand why people whine about wait time ,etc.., they have work to do, so do we Truckers,,,complainers need to relax,,, or pick up elsewhere, the grass is not greener on other side,careful what u wish for.HOT SHOTS. U could be sitting and huge food warehouse with big box waiting over weekend to get loaded..
Funny think is that the warehouse staff thinks that Outokumpu steel is German company, but it is actually from Finland.
Management should educate them much much beter, that's really sad.

Got the same situation Laura,they are saying safety first but telling you to leave the loading dock with out any safety on the load!!!!!!the employees will treat you like you are nobody, negative experience with this company.....

What a pathetic joke of a shipper! I will NEVER load here again. No amount of money will change my mind. Places like this should be forced to pay a separate royalty to drivers for putting up with their bad attitude and safety BS. Guy treated me like I was garbage, I stood my ground, got kicked out. I don't care though, they did me a favor.
