J’ai acheté un matelas sur le site OUTLETSOFADIRECT. Souhaitant le retourner dans le délai prévu, j’ai constaté que le retour était à ma charge, ce que j’accepte, mais aucune mention claire dans les CGV n’indique que le client doit lui-même trouver un transporteur pour organiser le retour. Après plusieurs échanges avec le service client, ceux-ci m’ont fourni des liens vers des sites tiers non fonctionnels ou inadaptés. Lorsque j’ai demandé de l’aide, ils m’ont répondu sur un ton hautain et condescendant, allant jusqu’à dire qu’ils ne poursuivraient pas le dialogue et qu’ils “clôturaient définitivement mon dossier”. Leur attitude est méprisante et contraire aux obligations légales d’un professionnel, notamment celles de l’article L221-23 du Code de la consommation concernant les modalités de retour dans les ventes à distance. Je considère que leurs conditions de retour sont trompeuses et leur service client dissuade volontairement les consommateurs d’exercer leur droit de rétractation. Je demande à la DGCCRF de se pencher sur leurs pratiques commerciales.
