I was always sceptical of composite decking however I Have installed this product a few times on my jobs now and the Quickbuild system is second to none!! so fast and precise I kick myself i didn't get onto it earlier. The new resort range looks almost real and one deck I laid at my rental looks as good as the day it was laid over 5 years ago. Follow they're install instructions and you will have no problems.
Great product, Good people, we'll be back for more no doubt!!

On all the trips the Outdure offices I was very impressed by the culture and attitude of the staff. I am always keen to point out good service, as people are always quick to report bad.

Few points that stood out:-

1) I was always acknowledged and offered help
2) Offered coffee several times, if there was any delay
3) My request for an urgent part was agreed even when my contact had not arrived
4) The warehouse staff were always helpful and friendly
5) I was even given help carrying stuff in by a member of staff that just happened to be in the car park

Couldn t recommend a better company to deal with I ve been building for 15 years and love using there products , keep up the good work OUTDURE!!

Visited showroom Thurs 20th Feb and spent 20 mins talking to rep who took our details and said he would be in contact. Monday 24th afternoon I sent an online email attaching plans and confirming my contact details.
No contact from Outdure........
Time has elapsed.... Outdure have measured and supplied all the materials and my builders have installed the deck Very happy with the finished product. Thanks to Mike Okersee for overseeing the project

Innovative product that we kept coming back to after looking at many other alternatives. Made our decision, they scanned the yard and we are now in the middle of the build. Very happy with quality and Neil the installer.
