Recently bought a new Toyota Camry 2021 XES from Ourisman and I had a phenomenal experience. Marcel was my guy he was very professional, knowledgable, and truly did his best to place me in the car that I wanted. It was very quick, with us having looked as used models, then to several new models, and finally to the purchase in around 4 hours. The rest of the staff was very friendly, professional, and polite. This was a A+ car sale without the bullshit you think comes with it!

The service department is awful. Joe ripped me off and lied to me about a service that they've done and didn't actually do, and got charged an arm for it. They tried to rip me off even more when giving me an estimate and lying to me that if I don't do it now my truck will have problems soon. BS. As a female I feel violated. They really took advantage and thought they could get me. I took my business elsewhere and got all three major repairs done for a fraction of the price for one repair.
When I talked to the manager Joon or June explaining to him what has happened, he didn't want to assist in any way. He was very rude over the phone and told me there isn't anything he could do. I worked in the service department at another dealership and we never treated customers that way. We always tried to work something out with the customer someway or another.

He is the used car manager, but to my luck he was the manager on duty when I purchased my new 2021 highlander. Highly recommended you asking for Cesar when closing your deal. He is extremely professional and doesn t give you the runaround. He explains all of the options step by step. Cesar knows how to treat his customers!

If you want great service and a dealer who cares about their customer go to Ourisman Chantilly Toyota. During COVID19 I did not receive my recall notice. I went in to get my car serviced. They asked about receiving the recall notice. I did not receive the recall do to the mail problems. They pulled the recall and fixed my car that day. They put me in a loaner car and I had my car back that afternoon.
