The head librarian is extremely rude and unhelpful, unlike most of the librarians I ve encountered in the HPL system.

I love the majority of books they have and it's very enjoyable to get books from there

The atmosphere is wonderful but at various times it may get noisy. The staff is very helpful of all questions big or small. The computers are accessible very easy by guest and members. Great for studies as this place has a 97 person limit. The tempeture is great as well as the lighting. The book line up is okay but they will get anything your looking for in swift as possible. Its always neat and well managed.

The staff does not give good customer service they always have a bad attitude seems to me they are racist and they lied about not having a book when i found it on my on my own in the book shelf. Also, they charge me for overdue when it was my first time turning in books late and the due date was close to hurricane Harvey. They aren't helpful at all.

Quiet place to read and study at. I just dislike they open up at different times. They have friendly staff also. Check it out if you ever have time

I love how the library is always very neat and organized. The ladies there are very nice and friendly. Each time that I have a question they don't hesitate to answer and are always up to help me. I love the trivia questions posted on the wall. Great job ladies. There is nothing like walking in somewhere where you are greeted warmly. So far they have had the selection of books I look for. The best of all is that my daughter loves to go to the library!

Glad that the library was open today (by appointment for some services). Staffers were helpful. Grateful that these resources are available now for Houston citizens. (Was referred here by Harris County Public Libraries, which are currently closed).

This place is closed so all you people that still shows up here go home and find something else to do with your time

It's a nice library but they only have about 10 available computers to use and 90% of the time, they're all being used by kids playing games on them. There's always a long wait time. Sad. Just because it's in a mostly black community, they give them the least amount resources.

Nice little locale, great assistance, comfortable environment. You can often be a noisy kids section.
