A horrible place to be in. Hours and hours of waiting, with no nurses who cared at all. Trying to get info from them, all they would do is give me a blank stare, and say they'll check into it. I have a daughter who's a nurse. I know the difference between a good and bad attitude. It's all bad here. Go someplace else where the staff actually care.
Lynn CNA on 2nd floor has been an absolute ROCK STAR advocating on my behalf to ensure my safety and comfort during my stay at Our Lady of Fatima. Thank you so much for following through to garner a working phone and TV remote for me.
This is a Great hospital staff was extremely polite and helpful very accommodating to my wife during her visit called me ahead of time so I can be there to pick up my wife before she was done Thank you for your hospitality and great customer service
My nurses (Cecilia and Lynn on floor 2) took care of my very ill father extremely well they were incredibly caring and kind to both me and my mother. Exceeded expectations and both deserve to be recognized for their exceptional service. The best nurses I had ever interacted with.
I had surgery here on Oct 1, 2021 with my surgeon Dr. Guy Nicastri, who was focused, spoke with me in detail as to what he was planning to do, had an excellent & caring, pleasant, bedside manner. Dr. Nicastri led a team of amazing nurses in the OR. The nurses were pleasant, helpful definitely knew their medicine and had amazing bedside manners. I'm a tough critic and they were all over the top AWESOME including my Recovery Room Nurse.

My mother was brought there by ambulance for a psych evaluation after abusing one of her psych medications. She was put in a room from 1pm (9/27)- 9am today. None of her medications were given to her. She was given one bottle of water. Her diabetic medications were held and she was told by a nurse that she is NOT diabetic according to whatever incorrect chart she was looking at. She has osteoarthritis and a knee injury that she is on ibuprofen for.. denied her pain medications. This morning she was advised that there was nothing abnormal with her labs indicating no overdose and she was being discharged as a drug seeker, and her bed in psych was given away to someone more deserving. She has an extensive history of psych stays INCLUDING ect therapy that was done AT FATIMA years ago. She has NEVER been any kind of drug seeker.
She was sent home only to overdose again before she drove to Butler to try and have herself admitted, passed out in their waiting room and is currently in the ER at Miriam hospital where she will hopefully recover.
I am DISGUSTED to say the least. I called the ER at Fatima SIX times to try and advocate for my mother and Lori (who answered the phone) was rude and awful each time. She transferred my call each time which just rang and rang. I didn t speak with a nurse ONCE because my call would get picked up and then hung up. What an absolutely deplorable hospital. I would stay as far away from this place and would choose death over the ignorance of the staff and deplorable treatment my very sick mother received. You should be ashamed!!!!
Services were very, very slow. Manager of servailance was rude and less than helpful to say the least. Have been here from 10 pm to 2:15 am because I fell. Tests are done. I'm fine. Can't get out of here. Need to get home t.my diabetic dog. Not happy with this hospital.
DONT GO HERE FOR CHILDREN DENTAL PROCEDURES! My son had his 4 front teeth and a molar Fixed with tooth colored crown. They did such a bad job that I can t even believe that this are actually dentist! How could you do such a terrible job on a child that is completely a sleep. I was expecting to see my son with a beautiful smile. I got him worst than how he was! Anyways he came home swore didn t eat just drink 4oz of milk and apple juice and the molar completely felt off on it s own! The front tooth 2 are way longer than other 2 teeth that are short. One of them they didn t even put a lot of filler that it looks uneven! A nightmare! I cannot believe I put my son through so much pain for a garbage work! I called and they dared to tell me that tomorrow is a official day and Monday to. I checked my calendar and there s nothing going on! They lied to me straight to my face. This is a disaster!
Fatima Hospital will let people die in the waiting room. My mother went there twice this week and both times the service was terrible. No matter what condition you are in, or how much pain you are, they'll have you wait hours and hours and hours. I know there is a lot going on right now with COVID, but if there are only 2 or 3 people waiting before you, why would you have to wait so ridiculously long. And EMERGENCY room is called an EMERGENCY room for a reason. Patients should be tried immediately with care, especially when it's the weekend and regular clinics or centers are closed. Another person before her was also waiting for 2 hours and he was also in intense pain and had waited for 3+ hours.
Horrible experience the nurse was very insensitive and said I looked fine n that he knows what sick ppl look like. Bear in mind that my dr. Earlier that day said I had a spinal injury n that I needed an MRI, if things got worst to visit the ER.
