Unethical, lazy, and stupid describe this company and how they operate. Take your business somewhere else because if there is ever an issue (and there will be because the people working at this place do not know and do not care how to do their jobs). You will regret trusting them and you will have the IRS on your case. They only care about getting their ridiculous fees for work that they didn't do out of you and then leave you high and dry. And I think the review below without a name is fake. No way this company compares to the big four and ORBA does not have good customer service skills. It's more like used car salesman schmoozing and then ripping you off every step of the way.

Great firm! Excellent service and great people. They are the best kept accounting secret in Chicago. If you are not going big four you should be going ORBA.

Do not use this company!! They are incompetent and don't have even 2 brain cells to rub together or any shred of morality to do right by their clients. You will get screwed over. They might put up a good front to get your business but they don't have the knowledge to do any tax work for any person or business and are too lazy to figure anything out. The one star rating is too generous - if I could I would give them negative stars.
