Unethical, lazy, and stupid describe this company and how they operate. Take your business somewhere else because if there is ever an issue (and there will be because the people working at this place do not know and do not care how to do their jobs). You will regret trusting them and you will have the IRS on your case. They only care about getting their ridiculous fees for work that they didn't do out of you and then leave you high and dry. And I think the review below without a name is fake. No way this company compares to the big four and ORBA does not have good customer service skills. It's more like used car salesman schmoozing and then ripping you off every step of the way.
