I work there and I'm biased but believe me we all try to do our best for patient satisfaction but with workloads it is not always possible to cope with everything. 5 stars because I know many competent people who, like me, contribute to restoring the good health of the citizen

All the staff of the maximillo facial department, one more gentle than the other. People who make you feel at home, when a sick person rang the bell they were immediately. The primary and the whole team are also exceptional. People who know how to do their job. Everyone always smiling. I thank them so much for all they did and how they treated my husband.

Unfortunately it was Sunday, I was pretty bad and for safety I was advised to go there, there was no alternative.
The worst first aid I've ever been to. a fast ettrocardiogram and a blood test (the only useful thing). An arrogant doctor (I did not visit any cardiologist) did not even listen to the problems I had carefully. Without even having seen the papers of specialists (luminaries in cardiology, arrhythmologists) who had visited me, in addition to those of gastroenterologists who reported gastric problems that could worsen the situation, he gave me a "diagnosis" in 5 minutes, much hasty on the disturbances I had. All this without even having even visited and without deepening, downgrading all to anxiety (as if all those who had visited me before, who were real specialists, did not understand anything, according to her). Basically I waited for a visit that then in practice there was not even a superficial and useless diagnosis, which did not even come close to what I already knew for years.
Fortunately, the wait was not long. Never seen so much arrogance and superficiality.
The next day I had to go (as I did in the past) to a "real" cardiologist, to continue the tests that I have prescribed (including ecg under stress).

After entering the emergency room in November 2019 with chest pain problems and severe respiratory failure, they send me home to call me back after two months. They made me a coronary angiography, an echocardium and the respiratory test from which the respiratory insufficiency is reconfirmed. The coronary angiography was negative, so they send me home saying to arrange a pneumatological visit. Conclusion: after three months between first aid and various visits and tests, they send me home without having solved the problem at all.

We go to the pediatric emergency room because our son had a fever at 40, we arrive and the acceptance is confusing and we do not understand the order of entry.
When they finally visit us they give us the recipe for the antibiotic.
We tell him that from there a few days we will have a visit always in the same structure for a circumcision intervention, having doubts about the fact that it could be operated under antibiotics ...
The pediatrician and the surgeon tell us that there is no problem and to introduce ourselves to the visit.
Today we go to the visit and cancel us all because under abtiantibiotics.
Moral of the story, we asked for unpaid leave to work for nothing because within the structure they are not able to organize and do not know basics that a graduate should have.
I know that I graduated that you can not operate on antibiotics except by urgency and do not know it?
Pathetic.
Not to mention how much you pluck with the parking lots.
I really wanted the intervention to have been possible for the major.

Ten days of intensive care and eleven in orthopedics spent at Sant'Orsola.
The children of intensive care without exception are wonderful; some reservations about some (few, fortunately) orthopedics.
All in all, I recommend feeling good. But if, alas, you had to happen at Sant'Orsola, I can say that my experience was all in all very positive.

I have frequented the Sant'Orsola a lot, in more departments and for different pathologies and therefore I have a good experience. Professionalism, ability, efficiency, humanity, courtesy, high level punctuality, both in doctors and staff. A heartfelt thanks to all. One aspect unacceptable, beyond the tolerable. First aid. Hours and hours to be visited, then hours and hours to be taken into consideration, even with serious priorities.

My wife has been under the care of cardiology for some years, where she was also operated. I am not exaggerating when I say that they saved her life. The doctors are extraordinary for their competence and humanity, not to mention the nursing staff; authentic angels! Every time we come back to Bologna for checks, it's always a joy, a feeling at home.

I can't give less stars otherwise I wouldn't
Doctors and nurses wandering around without a reason why 2 hours and a half without being visited yet inefficiency where are the checks for these gentlemen that we pay and do little or no updating we are still here and the hours for a visit are 3 and a half hours 8 nurses at the exception and not even a doctor around would be enough to put a general doctor on check-in to send half of the people who are here on hold.
Italy must fail once and for all so we see how many are saved.
Update after 4 hours we found that there were still 13 people before us.

Hall 2 leave people with fever 39 called several times from 8 to 4 do not give tachipirina.
in front of patient with stroke they say that there is little to do and over etc etc so patient feels the pressure rises and really dies
the public prosecutor's office should also investigate hidden micro cameras in this pavilion in my opinion there are killers at the nurses 'and doctors' posts

I had a relative hospitalized two months ago in the Trevisani department of Semeiotics. My opinion is a dry NO COMMENT. As nice as nurses and nurses, the ward was a total disappointment because of the doctors who treated superficially, grumpy, elusive, did not give explanations to us relatives and even delegated the patient's care to another nursing home .. crazy! In the 2 weeks of hospitalization I have seen several families angry with the ward doctors for the same negligence that I expose. A horrible experience. I negatively review this department which, honestly, I never expected in a hospital like S. Orsola!

A city within a city. Walking in the avenues is suggestive, the original structure meets with the new pavilions. I was at 23 to visit a friend. The interiors are new and with a pleasant and very functional aspect with waiting rooms, lots of natural light and double height spaces that never fail. The hospital spaces are also functional and performing. The highly professional nursing staff, the doctors of great humanity and at the same time of great firmness. A beautiful reality.

I stayed with my daughter for 2 nights in emergency pediatrics to do an MRI (scheduled plus with short waiting times).
Helpful and professional staff, the only small neo 4-bed rooms, bearing in mind that there are also 4 reclining chairs for the 4 parents are overcrowded.

Great center, friendly and above all knowledgeable.

I went to the transfusion center to make a withdrawal, to become a donor of bone marrow. After quickly accepting the acceptance, I was greeted by a doctor, for a brief interview, and then I immediately made the withdrawal. In total I will have put 20 minutes. Really well organized, fast and professional.

I advise all under 35s to become donors, regardless of the center to which they are addressed.

I have been undergoing breast cancer treatment for...

I have been undergoing breast cancer treatment for 1 year at Zamagni oncology. I went on to do the curative course with neoadjuvant chemo therapy with two nodules at the breast and sentinel lymph node. Despite my constant reports that the therapy was not working and there was no improvement, the medical staff continued with truly tragic results! Mastectomy + 15 lymph nodes removed. Metastasis to the bones, skin and subcutaneous, lymphatic system. Lymphedema in the right permanent arm. Advanced state, battle for survival. Day Hospital messed up to the max. each visit - new doctor. Hurry at most on the doctors' side. impossibility of dialogue. The only good thing - nursing staff, friendly, kind and effective as far as possible due to work stress. Continuous repentance of being addressed to this hospital! Avoid it, if you can. Better to choose a hospital that is perhaps less advanced or provincial, but always have ONE doctor in attendance with the possibility of more detailed dialogue and checks! I entered s.Orsola with two tumors, and now I have about twenty-two! There was not just one thing that went the right way. And then, too many students! There is more attention to students than patients. The worst choice of my life! !!

Excellent departments for new diseases, infectious diseases, Borghi internal medicine, medical semeiotics, dermatology (even if labyrinthine), bars (no matter what they say), pulmonology, general first aid even if not very polite
The Bolondi Hematology and Internal Medicine departments are good
Discreet the Department of Ophthalmology and relative surgery. Poor eye emergency care
Very bad chronic intestinal diseases department (new diseases): useless invasive examinations and rudeness even if good machinery. Pathophysiology should also be avoided

Geriatrics Department: Delirium room. An unhappy n...

Geriatrics Department: Delirium room. An unhappy name for a nightmare place where the patient is left more to the care of family members than to the staff, always in a hurry and never timely following the calls. In this ward you will not find, as the name would like to suggest, only patients with dementia. But you will encounter the most disparate pathologies, grouped into chaotic rooms by as many as six patients each. Having a close relative here hospitalized for diabetes problems, I had the opportunity to note the following: at the reception (marked with times 11: 45/12: 15) the doctor (Macchiarulo) showed up an hour and twenty late. Without any explanation or excuse for this disservice, he said for the third time that the intervention necessary for the patient (suffering from a gangrene in the degenerative phase) was imminent. For the third time I asked for a certain date, even weeks later, in order to extract the patient from the dilapidated structure and bring it back only on the occasion of the operation. The answers, for the third time, were the most evasive, attributing the blame to the "direction", without ever giving me a single name with which to confer. Not only that, I was told that if I wanted "not to lose priority" I would have to leave the patient in the ward. I have not been given any opportunity to "set a date" or to know when the operation could actually have proceeded. The answer provided is always the same: "we hope ..." Or "there are good chances that". Furthermore, the human side is almost totally absent: part of the staff refuses to feed non-autonomous patients, discharging this burden on the family (if by chance a family member cannot go to the hospital or cannot afford a paid caregiver, he must therefore expect that your dear fasts?). In addition to the meetings the touch shown by some doctors was shameful: to explain surgical procedures inherent in the diabetic foot, I personally witnessed the metaphor of "sliced salami", used in front of a family member already shaken by personal drama. The impression of this department is that all those people whom society has already renounced because unproductive, or the elderly with serious ailments, end up there. Apparently born as a sector dedicated to senile dementia, the ward is to be considered semi-phantom: equipped with very few staff, sometimes unmotivated and rude (especially the representatives of the receptions). To any complaint about the obvious discomfort to which the patient and family members are subjected, the answer you will encounter will be a shrug. Hope that nobody dear to you ever happens in this specific area of Sant'Orsola. In this case you will have to be willing to change yourself, feed the patient and you will be left in the total mercy of events. As local guide Google I also proceeded to forward a complaint to the aforementioned "direction", hoping that fewer and fewer people should find themselves in my same position.

Unfortunately we are only at the beginning .. for my father who has heart problems there will be other exams .. other operations. After a week of stay, however, I felt I had to thank and express my appreciation for all the cardiology staff. Efficient preparations and smiles .. as soon as I arrived both the nurse in acceptance and the one on the floor surprised me pleasantly. They seem stupid but entering a hospital with a smile is already all different. Expectations to enter and exit are a hospital .. you have to do with it .. but I think that in the end find people prepared who do the job with dedication and responsibility is the most important thing.
Thank you
