Scrupulous and attentive to communication with both the sick and the family. My son was hospitalized in the emergency room in the midst of a flu emergency, he was treated carefully, subsequently he was transferred to pulmonology and also received care and attention there. He always had detailed information on the progress of the disease. Even if the premises are old, the hygiene conditions are excellent and the food is of good quality and varied every day.

Honestly I would give zero! Never seen a hospital so poorly organized ... without indications to reach the various departments, crumbling elevators that you do before taking the stairs ... personal annoyed and devoid of interest in helping the patient! Really bad!

Just because I can't give a lower score! After a run between one pavilion and another (no one could tell me where I had to go to make the first pneumological examination) the welcome and the visit were a disappointment! Arrogantly greeted by the doctor who was at least three meters away, after two questions regarding a TB prophylaxis made 30 years ago, without visiting me, without looking at the x-rays (they don't have the machinery), he doesn't let me speak and frees me in 5 min, because there was nothing active on the report. I keep all chronic bronchitis ailments and perhaps fibrosis, without knowing if they have gotten worse or if I need to do some treatment. Hallucinating!

Good morning

Good morning
I would like to tell you about my experience: yesterday we went to the PS of the major hospital ..... apart from the exhausting waiting hours (6 hours) and the painful situation of the location of patients everywhere (corridors, halls waiting), a special applause and thanks go to the medical and paramedical staff in particular to Dr. Russo and the urologist Dr. Spinelli who with great professionalism and meticulousness have treated my sister's renal colic by giving us a diagnosis and therapy ad hoc allowing us to go home more relaxed after days of tossing between a ps and another of the city. highly recommended and really good.

Visited my own despite Monday.

Visited my own despite Monday.
It is evident that the organization with respect to other structures in Italy is of a very different quality but the expectations remain, as in the other structures, quite exhausting.
I must thank the nurses, all super nice and helpful.
Of two doctors instead found both of a liking that a knee on the canines would have been more fun.
I add one of my thoughts. In an important hospital like this I believe that the doctors should be as clear as possible explaining to the patient in case this does not understand something: well the doctor who visited me turned to me, touching my abdomen with a "soak"? "I'm thinking he's asking you to let go is not certain, as I was told later, and certainly not by the doctor, if I felt the springs stomach. For the series, talk about how you eat. For charity.
The three stars are all for patience, understanding, and the kindness of nurses, certainly not because of the arrogance of the doctors.

Better to stay at home or try somewhere else.

Better to stay at home or try somewhere else.
Apocalyptic waiting times. After 7 hours of waiting still nothing, no one does not look at you it looks like a fruit and vegetable market not an emergency room.
Total relaxation by the staff

I phoned to book a dermatological visit with the NHS in January 2020, the first availability was in October 2020, nine months later.
When the Italian state asks you to pay taxes, it robs you unpunished, because you pay for health care but then you are forced to go to a private visit or to die. Italy is the third world of Europe but perhaps everyone has what they deserve.

Donation Department: I, a donor for 18 years, have been refused the request to carry out additional exams (regularly prescribed by my GP) because according to Dr. Berzuini of the Policlinico they were not necessary and would have been an expense for the hospital, rejecting the prescription my doctor. Congratulations lost another donor, the next time I will donate my blood in a hospital closer to the health of their patients to the budget. YES NO donation to the clinic.

Hospitalized from February 29 to July 6 for covid. First month in a pharmacological coma from which I risked not waking up due to three bleeding and cardiac arrest. My doctor, after reading the papers, said that I was miraculous ... Staff in general competent and kind. Basically, if I am writing this judgment I owe it to the staff of the polyclinic, especially the intensive care, who saved my life. The only bad thing is that in the confusion of those days I found myself waking up from a coma with nothing left of what I had when I arrived.

This Italian Health, so despised and perhaps in certain cases with good reason (but due to the scarce resources for Health itself addressed), is absolutely EXCEPTION in the praiseworthy Granelli Pavilion, 2nd floor.
ALL, from the humble housekeeping staff, to the generic / professional nurse all doing, to the medical staff (great Dr. Airaghi) from the resident to the Primary, ALL without exception whatsoever did not do what they could, they performed miracles with my mother Buratti 83-year-old Maria Luisa (very serious inpatient with a prognosis of maybe 24 hours) and instead, after a couple of weeks, we were already about to go home (after possible neurological rehabilitation). It seemed like a miracle! Although the situation has fallen and my mother has not made it, but I think I have seen with my own eyes that God exists: the Granelli Pavilion is irrefutable proof. THANKS TO ALL also from the mother. God will give you merit!

After contacting the ATS to find out if my swab result was available, which was needed for urgent business reasons, I was told to call the facility where I had taken the test to find out more. At the Polyclinic call center they refuse to give me any information and invite me to contact the ATS; I would like to point out that I have already spoken to the ATS and that it causes trauma to the leg I cannot go to the Polyclinic in person. The operator in response closes the phone in my face

My wife is cared for in the Marcora department, - Hematology, where we have noticed poor cleanliness and poor hygiene and every time we are afraid of taking some infections.
Furthermore, there is a very bad organization that produces interminable expectations even just for a withdrawal.

Hospital run by pusillanimous unqualified slackers. I have myositis with walking difficulties I have to do some x-rays. I enter via Sforza and at the temperature control I ask where I should go. Answer try the Frigerio pad for acceptance about 1 km on foot. After the acceptance they tell me to go to the Sacco pad about 600 meters where I have to make another acceptance having to suffer a disqualified and incapable irascible staff. Now I'm in the waiting room over an hour late.
Congratulations to all.

Unfortunately, my experience in this hospital has been very negative because for a wrong cortisone treatment I have really changed physically in spite of the hospitalization not finding a solution they had prepared me for very heavy operations and they also brought me the Zonda pavilion for lung surgery. .... Which obviously I didn't need for anything, so they limited themselves to opening and closing this and how the Policlinico hospital works!

The nurse told me to be waited for at least 8 hours. Therefore I preferred to take rest at home and leave away. Some of the nurses have not a good manner. Just for information I have waited about 20 minutes while there was no one in the queue. The problem was the nurses were very busy in talking themselves.

Arrived in the emergency room with green code at 21.40 to 1.30 I still HAD NOT DONE ANYTHING EMERITUS. Hours and hours left in the waiting room waiting for a shift that will never come. Because after the beauty of 3 hours the nurse tells me that I have 5 people in front if it goes well ... if it goes wrong with the emergencies I can stay there until the morning. With all my pains I took and left. Bad bad bad.

Today I brought my mother over eighty, I want to thank the ambulance staff, the hospital paramedics and the doctors. I have not hidden anything from the critical condition of my mother, she was treated in the best way and I feel calm in her hands.
I believe that healthcare in Lombardy is still excellent

Really sad to put 1 star because they are not even worth for 1 star. We went for an emergency for jaw pain but the staff at reception is not at all agreeing its an emergency. After explained couple of things she again denied to normal and very least priority tag. We waited almost 6 hours but who came after us met doctor immediately - they had same green tag. Intentionally she put us in least tag. When we asked at 5th hour she is taking really rude. Hospitals and medical fields like garbage here. They are giving priority if they speak their language.
Please don't keep such employees who looks partiality . Someone please tell me how to complaint this hospital.

The worst experience of my life lived in emergency room. Arrival with sudden inguinal hernia and with strong pains. 8 hours of waiting with atrocious pains and my complaints with the staff !! I communicate that I can not do it any more and change places. I solved it in another place without problems.

I am very sorry to have to write this but without discussing the work of the surgeon Dr. Bello who is a great professional. Bad experience for the rest. I come from Turin, very delicate brain surgery for my son. Because of Covid they do not let in, I try to call for news, this morning they brought him back to the ward. Nothing .... You can't talk to anyone. My son, who in his own way tries to call me complaining that he needs someone close by and filled with cortisone which makes him nervous, tells me he finds nothing, that he can't get up, he can't even find the doorbell he is so confused. With all due respect to the people missing for COVID, but we cannot forget that we are parents of sick and seriously ill patients.

Outrageous diagnosis by incompetent.

Outrageous diagnosis by incompetent.
After having abnormal reactions on the body on the third day, I went to the emergency room on Sunday morning at 5. White code to then have insect bites as a diagnosis, and be stuffed with antibiotics that I only bought of course, instead of shingles ... which the general practitioner diagnosed me the next day since it was finally a Monday ... for those who work in this sector are trivial. other than paying outrageous 25.

Horrible! Two young girls (20 years old) arrived at the emergency room following the serious malaise of one of the two during the flight back Rome / Brussels the plane landed in Milan and they were brought to this hospital, with their suitcases and lost, stressed. The sick girl received a bed in an open box, while her condition required the greatest calm, the companion had to stay in the hallway sleeping on the floor while being blamed that it is not a campsite and that it should speak (italian being in Italy) they received nothing neither a glass of water nor a coffee or a piece of bread for 24 hours then they had to go out they had nowhere to go, no family on the spot no hotel and When the patient asked for a medicine to relieve her pain, she was refused ... Fortunately, she was able to find a hotel so that she could finally rest ... Scandalous as a way of treating people, no compassion nor understanding, basic basic service while a plane is not diverted for a small boo! I am shocked !!! Aunt and mom who does not understand this way of acting !!!!
