When I transferred colleges it showed that I was no longer in school when THEY ARE my new colleges servicer. Having to fill out forms and all submit documents when they are servicing the new loan I just took out. Their website is also super slow and sketchy, it is 2020 update your website!

This place has the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. I wish I had looked up their reviews first. I have emailed several times with questions pertaining to my student loan and never a response. You try calling... Be prepared to be on the phone waiting for hours. You do have the option for them to enter your number for them to call you back and you stay in your place in line, but they never call you back. Stay away from getting your loan here.. Worst place ever.

ONLY PUTTING A 1 star so I can complain. Absolute WORST customer service. I am in tears writing this because I am so frustrated.
Luke is so rude and so is everyone else their that I have spoken to the past few months.
I made monthly payments that came directly out of my account when I first started with them. When I switched banks, OSLA has been absolutely impossible. I have mailed my application with all of my banking info on it and they didn t receive it because you just said that it was your card info EITHER WAY YA LL SHOULD VE RECEIVED IT. they don t even try to understand where you are coming from they just want to point out where you go wrong And are argumentative. I LITERALLY FILLED OUT THE APPLICATION TO A T WITH my BANKING INFO AS WELL TWICE and now they are saying it s probably the wrong address.... you mean the address that you guys put on the application form saying to send to??? I have called and called and they now don t set up auto pay arrangements over the phone you HAVE to go online and mail it in. Their website is horrible and glitches out by the way, oh but don t worry they won t offer to help you over the phone with it.

I m honestly just trying to pay my stupid loan. I hope these customer service people all get raging diarrhea while stuck in traffic.

Work to pay off your loan. Look on the website for a payoff amount. Finding none, make a 20-minute call to get a payoff amount. Pay the amount you are told on the day they tell you. Check your balance a month later and find you owe $.02. Make another 20-minute phone call. Have the fine folk tell you they will "write off" any amount under $5.00. I'm sorry, but I worked too hard to pay off this account to be told they are "writing off" my account. I paid it. The other student loan company I worked with gave me a balance online, and I was paid in full that day. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

Their website is poorly made and outdated. It does not work with google chrome. When calling, they give you the option to hang up so they can call you back when it is your turn, but they will not call you back. I was on hold for over five hours. Instead of hold music they repeat some information in a droning voice. They are located in the EST time zone but their hours are listed in CST.
